The host was incredibly helpful and responsive during the pre-check-in process. All the essential information was clearly explained through detailed videos, leaving no room for confusion. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location offered the perfect balance—just a short distance from the amusement parks, yet nestled in a peaceful village ideal for relaxing. Having a dedicated parking spot waiting for us after a long day of traveling was a truly welcome bonus!

Just a couple of small suggestions to make an already great stay even better: the pillows were quite large and not very comfortable—replacing them with more supportive or standard-sized options would be a welcome improvement. Also, the pre-ordered items via the app link didn’t fully match our expectations, as a few items (like the hairdryer and some fans) were missing. These were minor issues and didn’t affect our overall positive experience, but we wanted to share them for future improvement.

The location was very good.

NUKI smart lock was pretty difficult and not helpful for the elderly and the disabled people.

The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable and ideal for a group stay, as ours was. Easy and safe access and collection of keys. The owners were very kind and willing to serve all our needs. We especially thank them for their hospitality.

Very poor WiFi coverage, horrible bedding and towels, no hair dryer, thin walls you cant sleep if neighbours talk or laugh

Location was ok for Europa park. About 10 minutes by car. And it was reasonably clean. Price is low. So if you like to rent something cheap and dont mind the things we minded...your ok to rent this. But we would not book this apartment again. Its in no way cosy. Matrasses, pillows and bedcovers thin and cheap as well as furniture.

For us comfort and coziness is a big thing when on holidays. Even when we only rented the apartment to go to Europa Park. Everything was IKEA ( which means no comfort whatsoever) and cheap furniture Will not last long. The chairs, the table, the beds...it is starting to look wornout. No airconditioning and really hot in apartment. Which could be solved by opening the windows. But when opening Windows all the sigaret smoke from the bar downunder went up in the livingroom. Toilet had a really bad urine smell, even after cleaning it a few Times. So did the dishwasher (a bad smell, no urine off course😉). 2 beds where broken and when I told this to the host. The first question was if someone jumped on it! Really? We are 4 grownups. That did not feel ok, because beds where like that when we arrived. We even tried to fix them, but had to sleep on the floor in the first night. The beds where fixed the Day after though. And host appologized. No nightstands or nightlights next to the bed.!!! (We like to Read in the evening). Even the cheapest hotels have nightstands and bedlights. You shouldnt have to find the way to your bed in the dark. No sockets next to the bed, so phones had to be plugged in somewhere else. Door needs tot be opened with app. So you need to install app. We found it very inconvenient. Off course this is Just our opinion. We like to have a good sleep in the evening. If you dont mind all the things above, this apartment should do for 2 nights.

We rented apartment 5 with 12 persons (7 adults and 5 young children). Small remark that kitchen is not big enough to sit there with 12 persons. For us it was not a problem as we only had breakfast, if you want to have dinner it can be an issue.
