The location, quite & clean enviroment.
Demanded money immediatetly on arrival wthout welcoming greetings on arrival.. No Aircondition as was stated. No Fan. There were little insects in the room made it difficult to sleep without Fan.

Maybe it is not what I expected, but it does not mean it is not good for others.
The rooms are big. Very quiet neighbourhood, and a big backyard for kid to play. We like it.
The host does not speak English. Our double bed is not very conformable.
