location is good, very big house, even too big for the 4-people family. clean and well organized.

there is a laundry machine, but there isn't a dryer, and the worse thing is I forgot to pick up clothes out of the washer, so I have to package all the wet clothes to the next place.

Location is easy to reach, not far from autobahn exit. Place is right in front of grocery store and bakery. 10 mins walking to city center. Apartments are very clean and well furnished

- very well equipped . Includes everything you would have at home - clean - steps away from big shopping center which includes supermarket - bakery downstairs is very nice to have good breakfast and coffee - good wifi - easy and fast communication

- noisy in the morning due to the bakery opening early as mentioned in other reviews also - may be fan in the rooms will be good to have in summer - access via metal staircase

Super appartement, goede uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving, supercompleet!

Top verhuurder, stond altijd klaar, heeft duidelijk liefde en passie voor wat ze doet. Alles maar dan ook echt alles wat je nodig hebt dat staat er. Alle faciliteiten en alle dingetjes die je maar nodig kan hebben. Zout? Staat er! Tandenstokers...ja hoor. En uiteraard alle machines die je maar nodig kan hebben. Supermarkt, bakker alles om de hoek. 0 last gehad van geluiden in de omgeving.

Er was iets kapot maar we werden constant op de hoogte gehouden en het is uiteindelijk allemaal netjes opgelost. Zo zie je wat een goede verhuurder is, als er iets mis is, hoe gaat men er mee om...daar hoef je je hier dus geen zorgen over te maken.

Zweckmäßig und gut für Europapark

Super Lage, geräumig, sehr nette Vermieter. Direkt über einer Bäckerei, in der man hervorragend frühstücken kann. Ansonsten können wir nichts bewerten, da wir dort wirklich nur geduscht und geschlafen haben, nichtmal für den Fernseher hat es noch gereicht.

Im Elternschlafzimmer gibt es kein Licht am Bett und keinen Schrank. Das Wasser war am ersten Abend kalt, das Problem konnte aber mit den sehr netten Vermietern behoben werden.

Todo muy bien.

Todo correcto, el apartamento espacioso para 4 personas y limpio. La comunicación con los anfitriones buena y rápida, muy amables y hospitalarios. La casa bien equipada. Hay un supermercado enfrente y una cafetería/panadería justo debajo. Está ubicada en un polígono muy cerca de la ciudad, y a partir de las 8 está bastante solitario, pero muy tranquilo, si dispones de vehículo tiene muy buena ubicación, para ir a Europa park, Friburgo y alrededores.

Heerlijk groot appartement met een balkon, grote volledig ingerichte keuken, badkamer met zowel bad en douche. Uitstekende uitvalbasis voor Europa park. Bakker zit beneden en op 2 minuten lopen vind je een supermarkt.

Alles was helemaal prima. Het enige wat wellicht ontbrak was airconditioning.

Heerlijk!

De huiselijke sfeer is zo fijn! Wij kwamen terug van vakantie in Italië en hadden hier onze overnachting. Heerlijk appartement en het bad is fijn om te ontspannen! Het is werkelijk met van alles voorzien! Beneden is een bakkerij waar je lekkere broodjes kan kopen!

Sehr sehr schöne und grosse Wohnung, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Direkt neben Einkaufsmeile, Bäckerei unten im Haus.

Das 3. Zimmer ist sehr klein und hat kein Fenster.

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung. Sehr viel Platz und extrem gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! Super Lage zum Europapark. Komplett eingerichtete Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 min zu Fuß.

La propreté,une propreté incroyable,vous pouvez manger au sol, très bonne communication avec les propriétaires,malheureusement ne n avons pas pu les rencontrer car nous sommes arrivés tard. Équipement au top! Proche des parcs ( Rulantica et Europaparc). Et merci au propriétaires pour les petite attention envers mon petit bébé de 3 mois, j ai vraiment appréciée. Je vous recommande à 2000% ( une boulangerie se trouve en dessous de l'appareil c est un vrai plus !.

Une table à langer mais honnêtement c est vraiment qu une suggestion.

Einfach toll!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, auch mit Kleinkinder ideal. Der Bäcker im EG sehr praktisch. Ideale Lage für Europapark oder Rulantica Besuche. Sämtliche Läden in der Nähe. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir uns unsere Kinder (2 und 4) hatten eine tolle Zeit.
