Good value for the apartment and location but need better welcoming and better attitude

The apartment is very nice

When we arrived nobody waited for us and it was not easy to find it. Then hard to find an outside hidden SAFE and get the keys - all in the rain No what’s up communication with the landlord When we left. We make sure the apartment is reasonable clean and tidy BUT the landlord lady was furious at us they we didn’t washed the entire plates and she insisted we also dried them.

Lovely, spacious, well-appointed apartment, with large balcony. Renovated to a high standard, and very comfortable. As others have pointed out, the bathroom is particularly nice, like a spa. The host made us feel very welcome and gave us some very helpful advice. Short walk to excellent pizzeria, bakery, beer garden and train station - all you could ask for! Would definitely stay there again next time I am in the area.

Comfortable, roomy stay for trip to Europapark!

Very good location for a visit to Europapark. Only a short drive away (8 minutes I think). Free parking, everything you need to cook for your family. Nice little balcony overlooking neighbor's gardens which feels very tranquil and secluded. Cute village. 2 bedrooms + sofa bed made it very practical for our family of 5. Host very responsive and not only left us water and fruit, but each piece of fruit was perfectly ripe! Spotlessly clean and the internet was flawless. Easy self check in.

The apartment exceeds our expectations. Looks better than shown in the picture.

Very nice and clean apartment…way nicer than the pictures shown. Fully equipped esp. ventilator fans for the summer nights. We were concerned, at the tme of making reservation, about the size of the sofa-bed for our teens but it is a very big and comfy one. There is also a bakery shop in walking distance. Everything was good, perfect apartment, perfect host, thank you very much for the welcome fruits, chocolates and drinking water. We will definitely come again.

Perfect place for Rest

It was Perfect place. We could use very big room and livingroom and kitchen, and also valcony! Every thing was setting and we cooked two times. Also there were TV and Boardgames that we can play. Highly Recommend!! She is very kind and lovely.

Very nicely furnished holiday apartment just a few minutes by car from Europapark. The landlady was very friendly and there were also a few snacks and water ready for us. The large balcony is off the street and you can enjoy the sun here in the evening.

We arrived late but could still get the key and enjoy our stay, thanks to the host's kindness. The apartment is really cool, more than our expectations, a really nice stay chez Henriette. Thanks again for everything.

Perfect for families of 4 or less visiting Europapark

The property was perfect for our family visiting Europapark the next day. The hostess was very warm and welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed. There is easy parking at the apartment. And it is less then 10 minutes from Europapark. We used the small kitchen to make breakfast and prepare a picnic lunch.

The apartment was less than a 10-minute drive from Europa Park, easy to find, modern, spotless, and Ms. Henriette Bronnenkant is so warm and welcoming. Our best apartment experience yet. She recommend Gasthaus Adler right down the street, it was an awesome recommendation.

Joli appartement spacieux et très ben équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Henriette est très accueillante, disponible et serviable. Elle nous a trouvé un garage pour changer une roue crevée. Ça nous a bien aidé. Emplacement idéal à 5mn d'Europa Park. Je recommande sans hésiter

Logement propre, calme et agréable a proximité d'Europa Park

L'hôte est très gentille, et a donné les instructions pour notre arrivée rapidement et en avance de notre voyage. Tout était très clair pour une arrivée sereine. Le logement était propre, et prêt a nous accueillir. Le canapé lit était déjà préparé, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions ! Il y avait des bouteilles d'eau, des fruits et petites gourmandises qui nous attendaient. Une autre attention qu'il est rare de voir : il y avait des protections hygiéniques à disposition en cas de nécessité. C'est tres gentil. A moins de 10min d'Europa Park, c'est idéal pour passer une nuit au calme.
