all good except screw up with the key box code and only one double bed. not for 4 guests

it was just fine

the code for the key box was given wrong (4 digit) and the box had only 3 digits. It was completely different code to what Booking. com sent initially. the host was not home so we had to stay at the closed door for an hour waiting for a new code. not the best start. there is only one double bed, so I'm not sure how it sleeps 4

Very spacious and clean apartment. Nice decorations. All needed stuff available at the location. Nice and quiet area. Looks like in the pictures. Just a suggestion for the living room couch that is not very comfortable. We managed it, but maybe in the future it can be reconsidered.

Gute Wohnung für einen Europapark -Besuch

Eigener Eingang war prima.

Esstisch könnte mal erneuert werden. Leider nur Netflix aber kein normaler TV Empfang (bei drei Nächten aber verschmerzbar).. Schlafsofa nicht so bequem aber für drei Nächte auch ok.

Perfekt für EuropaPark Besucher

Bei der Anreise eine kleine Erfrischung und was süßes, zudem super sache mit dem schlüsselkasten. Zeitungebunden. Tolle ruhige Lage und kurzer Fahrweg nach Rust zum Europa Park.

Kann man nicht vermeiden, aber ein paar spinnen hängen an der Decke. Aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Le logement correspond au descriptif. Très propre et bien équipé. Très rapide pour se rendre à Europa park. Nous avons pu récupérer les clés dès 15h. A recommander.

Manque juste des stores occultant au niveau des fenêtres et un balai.

Casa graziosa pulita e accogliente. Ottima la posizione e comoda per la stazione e supermercati. Dispone di tutto il necessario.

Eine saubere, gepflegte Wohnung

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub im Rulantica hier zur Übernachtung mit unseren zwei Jungs. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man benötigt, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit bereitgestelltem Waschmittel, (auch wenn wir diese für die zwei Tage nicht brauchten, ist dies ein nennenswerter Pluspunkt) Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. Und sauber war die Wohnung auch. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und empfehlen sie gerne weiter

Für 1 Nacht ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt.

Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager. Die Wohnung im Souterrain war sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Nahe beim Europapark. Der Ort bietet alles, was man braucht - Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Flasche Wasser und 1 Schokoriegel zur Begrüßung.

Matratzen durchgelegen. Schlafsofa nicht wirklich geeignet zum bequemen Schlafen für 2 (fast) Erwachsene. Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Mitten in der Nacht wurde viele Male hintereinander im Haus eine Toilettenspülung betätigt. Auch alle anderen Geräusche aus dem Haus waren ziemlich laut zu hören. Die Türen der Duschkabine waren sehr schwergängig. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft (März) sehr kalt. Die Fußbodenheizung wurde offensichtlich erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft eingeschaltet, da sie erst in der Nacht (wenn man es nicht warm möchte) wirkte. Mückengitter und Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten wären empfehlenswert.

Super für nen Kurztrip in den Europa-Park

Super gelegene Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. 10 Geh-Minuten vom Marktplatz entfernt und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super geeignet. Alles in allem aber vollkommen ausreichend für 2-3 Tage um in den 15 Minuten entfernten Europa-Park oder das Rulantica zu fahren

Lediglich die Schlaf-Stätten (Bett/Liegesofa) müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden. Diese waren leider etwas durchgelegen.
