A home away from home near Europa-Park

The place had been cared for with love and attention, nice and cosy, comfortable beds, hot and powerful shower, a parking space, easy drive to Europa-Park, quiet area, easy hands-off check in and check out and the streaming services on the TV were a bonus after a day at the theme park. There was everything we needed for our short stay and we could’ve easily stayed longer here. The owners are LOVELY and communicative.

Great “base-camp” for visit to Europapark

I stayed here three nights for a visit to Rulantica / Europa-Park. I was not disappointed; the location is great (quiet, but not even a 10-minute drive from both parks). Aside from drinks and food, everything you could wish for is available in this very clean and nicely decorated apartment. Because I was here for only three nights and off to visit EP most of the time, I didn’t really need (or use) many facilities, but just knowing that pretty much everything imaginable utility was available, was comfortable nonetheless. Because I believe not a single ‘perfect’ place to stay exists, I always think of at least a single thing that could be improved. Here I would say the couch in the living room could be considered for renewal. It’s doesn’t really match the level of comfort of the rest of the living area. But that’s nitpicking, overall this place is very recommendable, and good value for money.

Modern and fully equipped apartment with a beautiful garden. The train stop is pretty close from where there is a direct bus going to Europa Park frequently. Amazing for the price!

I wanted to stay a 2nd night but of course it was already booked.

Everything, the cleanliness, freshness, roominess and functionality. being able to cook a meal was great and it was so quiet too.

Very modern and clean, well taken care of

The owner is extremely unprofessional and does not communicate. He did not send any info at all at any point before I got to the apartment. He is rude and unprofessional, and does not think giving his customers information voluntarily is his responsibility. He says he only gives the code for the lockbox by request, which is quite frankly stupid. His reasoning was “security”, but tell that to the windows he left open. The apartment was lovely, but it was spoiled by the rotten disgusting owner.

Keurig, net, schoon en compleet. Ik kom hier heel graag terug.

- Locatie zeer geschikt als startpunt voor een bezoek aan Europa-Park en/of Rulantica. Voor andere doeleinden mogelijk wat afgelegen; beoordeel vooral zelf aan de hand van afstanden. In elk geval zijn in de nabije omgeving ruim voldoende voorzieningen (restaurants en supermarkten) voor iedereen. - Keurig schone en complete woning. Ik kan werkelijk niets bedenken wat je zou kunnen missen.

- Verblijf je hier 's avonds 'op de bank'? Dan is die bank niet echt heel erg comfortabel. De hele inrichting is zeer prettig, maar de zithoek blijf naar mijn mening een beetje achter bij het comfort van de rest van het interieur. Dat is niet heel erg, maar vooral een klein minpuntje ten opzichte van de vele pluspunten.

Einfacher Zugang mit Code und Schlüsselkasten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Eingang, Ruhige Lage in Wohnsiedlung. Neubau.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Lage war in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft war schmutzig. Nachdem ich den Inhaber kontaktiert hatte wurde mir eine Reinigung versprochen. Selbst nach Stunden wurde nichts sauber gemacht. Das Badezimmer verdreckt, staubig, die Bettwäsche fleckig. Der Dreck war nicht erst seit einigen Tagen da. Der Kontakt war unverschämt und nicht ehrlich. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich diese Unterkunft niemals gebucht. Nun hoffe ich auf eine faire Lösung mit Booking.com. Einmal und niewieder!

Schöne Wohnung, mangelhafte Kommunikation

Guter Preis, alles sauber, gute Einrichtung, gratis Wasser. Nähe zum Europapark - mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Sehr schnelles WLAN.

Kommunikation mit Vermieterin leider schlecht. Bis auf die Standardnachrichten das man überhaupt einchecken kann keinerlei Reaktion auf Anfragen die letzten Tage. Ein Nein wäre natürlich auch zu akzeptieren gewesen - aber es kam leider gar nichts zurück was auf die Anfrage bezogen gewesen wäre - denn man merkte man bekommt nur den Copy&Paste Text den alle bekommen. Schade - denn sonst war es gut!

Logement très fonctionnel, très bien placé avec petite place de parking juste devant Les échanges étaient très bien, tout est très bien expliqué nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’appeler la propriétaire Un très grand lit c’était top !!!

Der Aufenthalt selber war gut, die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und wir haben gut geschlafen.

Das ganze Appartment (Wohnung) war wie eine mittlere Wohnung (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Flur) gut eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut bestückt mit allem was man zum Kochen und Essen zubereiten braucht.

Der Backofen in der Küche war sehr vernachlässigt, er war wohl schon längere Zeit innen nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Der Fernseher war nicht zu gebrauchen, da er keine Programme empfangen hat. Helfen konnte uns auch niemand dabei "schade".

Die Ferienwohnung bot alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Es war mein 1. Urlaub, in dem ich mich sehr gut erholen konnte. Dazu trugen die Unterkunft und die Quartiergeber bei.

Uitstekend verblijf als je op doorreis bent. Host informeert je tijdig en helder

Aan de snelweg, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en een kleine tuin met tuinmeubelen en heel schoon. Koffie aanwezig.

Badkamer was krap, maar wij reizen met een invalide die meer ruimte nodig heeft. Hoeft verder geen rol te spelen.

Goede plek voor Europa-Park

Locatie was dichterbij Europa-park dan verwacht (je zit er echt binnen 15min) en stadje heeft goede faciliteiten qua boodschappen en restaurants. Vooral Italiaans restaurant Ulivo was fantastisch en is op 5m rijden (kon je ook lopen, maar na de hele dag in Europa-Park te lopen was dat met onze kleine meid geen optie meer)

Communicatie met de host. Zijn oma konden we aanspreken, maar aangezien wij slecht waren in Duits was dat moeilijk. Communicatie met vertaalde teksten helpt dan, maar reactie was langzaam of kwam soms niet. Daarnaast had het echt wel schoner kunnen zijn, op de hoge plankjes lag echt wel een laag stof.

Schöne Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für eBike Touren und Besuch von Freiburg und Europapark

Gute Lage, sehr freundliche Hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen, Sehr schöner Garten, Abends wunderbar beleuchtet. Von hier aus kann man schöne eBike Touren in der Umgebung unternehmen. Für das leibliche Wohl stehen fußläufig gute Bäcker, Resataurants und Eisdielen bereit. Auch das wnderbare Freiburg ist sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Auch der Europapark ist nahebei und sicherlich empfehlenswert, sobald er wieder geöffnet hat.
