Wundershone Maisonette is Wonderful!

The staff were very helpful and friendly and always available via email. It was a lovely, big apartment, more spacious than we expected, which was a nice surprise! Also liked the Nuki system for locking and unlocking the door. Car parking was in a courtyard type area in the middle of the whole property, which was great once we found it. :)

Initially it was hard to find, but we did get there late at night, but once we found it. It was always easy to find whenever we had been out anywhere.

We booked this flat in order to go to Europapark (7 friends). The location of the flat is really great: really fast and easy to go from there by car to Europapark. Time of arrival really flexible. Really bright and clean rooms. Viktoriya & Christian always answered our questions really quickly and even called on the Day of arrival in order to know, if everything was alright or if there was any additional question. The explanations provided were really accurate and were easy to understand (for example video showing where the entrance is, how to unlock/lock the front door of the flat etc...). They suggested us a great place in Ettenheim for breakfast.

We thought it will be better given the amount we paid.

Space of the apartment and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped.

Host was very rude in welcoming us, there were no instructions on how to find the house and when we reached and called him he texted back that he is busy and he was so rude. It took us around 25 mins searching and finally found it with the help of a nice neighbor. On the other hand, and owner knows exactly that we have 4 kids aged 4, 6, 8 and 10, he kept the heating off most of the times. Also, I never in my life received that much instructions on what to do or not do... too much.

Good family stay for Europa Park visit

Located in 10 mins drive from Europa Park, in a small and quiet town. It is very convenient if you are driving. All rooms are big. Well-equipped kitchen. All good for a family stay.

War für die eine Nacht optimal nach einem langen Tag im Europapark.

Wohnung war sehr sauber und groß.

Hatten Anfangs Probleme mit dem NUKI Türschloss, da wir trotz WLAN Verbindung keine Verbindung zum Zugangslink bekommen haben. Über die Englische Version hat es dann funktioniert.

Appartement spacieux (cuisine, salon, deux chambres) avec deux toilettes.

Trop d'explications pour entrer dans le logement. On s'y perd vite ! Impossible de joindre les propriétaires après 20h donc attention à l'heure d'arrivée.

Ideal für die Anreise zum Europa-Park

Große Wohnung sehr gut geeignet für eine Gruppe von Freunden

Toilettenpapierhalter ist kaputt als wir angekommen sind. Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist schwach. Und Badewanne ist aber in Ordnung. Badezimmer fehlen Badematten. Die Vorhänge in der Wohnung sind zu klein und Zwei Fenster, jeder mit einem Vorhang. Leider sind die Vorhänge in der Wohnung nicht ganz dicht, und wenn es früh am Morgen hell wird, wird der Zweite immer zu früh wach. Ein bisschen eng zum Parken, es ist manchmal etwas schwierig, dort zu parken, wenn schon ein paar Autos da sind.

Die Lage war sehr gut, Bäcker 50 m Fußweg, kleines Bistro im Hof, alles gut 👌 Gute Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern.

Leuk verblijf voor groep vrienden dicht bij Europapark

Veel leefruimte met grote kamers en 1 grote badkamer en goed dat er apart toilet is. Barretje met drankjes in was aangenaam en leuk.

Keuken was klein doordat er de eettafel in stond. Geen airco. Zetelbedden krap voor 2 personen

Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und hell, ohne viel Schnick Schnack. Die Schlafzimmer und auch die Bäder waren super. Leider waren die Stühle in der Küche für längere Spieleabende sehr unbequem und es gab einen Stuhl weniger als gebuchte Gäste. (Den fehlenden Stuhl hätte man bestimmt über den Vermieter klären können, da aber ein paar von uns Abends nicht mitspielen wollten und dann gleich ins Bett sind, haben wir uns nicht darum gekümmert) Die Lage war perfekt. Mehrere Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind im nähren Umfeld. Zum Europapark haben wir ca. 10 min gebraucht. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort (auch wenn es mit unserem 9-Sitzer-Bus beim Ein- und Ausparken eine Herausforderung war. Der nette Vermieter hat sich durch Videos, Mails und Telefonate sehr gut um alle Informationen gekümmert. Das Schließsystem ohne Zeitbegrenzte Ankunft hat uns die An- und Abreise sehr erleichtert. Alles in allem, war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
