Great location, very convenient

Great location. Very convenient for short stays. The kitchen is basic but works for quick snacks. The room is a good size for a family of 4. Europa Park is an easy 15 minute walk and restaurants within 5 minutes.

Very spacious, great location to go to Europa Park. The kitchen is well equipped. It was very clean and easy to access.

One of the bedroom can only be accessible passing by another bedroom, which is not great

Would recommend for families

We rented an apartment on the second floor, 301. It is big. It was just 3 of us but there is a bedroom as well which could be used by another 3 people. The apartment is light, clean and warm. There is a free parking spot which is a rare thing normally in Europe. On the second day of our stay the staff changed the towels. Kitchen has everything you need.

I didn’t like the fact that neighbours at night when coming in or going out could stay in the shared corridor and talk loud which is not the pension issue but people behaviour other than that all good.

Accommodation was comfy & clean, good space living room and has 2 dinning table which was really perfect for our party. Location was 10minute walk to Europa park. Bus stop really close to the accommodation & bus comes every 30mins. The host was friendly and accommodating with our request to add some towels as we are 14 guests, they changed the towels as you request and they clean the accomodation for free in between our stay. Just a. Short bus ride from Lidl & edeka, pharmacy is walking distance about 7minutes walk.

They could have offer free coffee, tea & bottle of water when the guests arrived specially on Sundays where the shops are closed. The television good be changed to a smart tv, would be nice if there’s a clock in the living room.

The key lock box code was available until 20:00. If you come from Hungary or Austria and pass the ongoing highway work that is a major major stress point. Other wise very presently surprised by the apartment.

Good location but bank transfer...

Great location, calm area. Kitchenette was adequate, lidl close by, walking distance from europapark.

The facilities were basic, no oil for cooking, no oven, small induction stove with just two rings. Only one bedroom, only four sets of cutlery, four chairs etc (we had to improvise for our toddler, although they provided a cot and bedding for her so that was good). They requested a bank transfer to secure the booking and refused to get paid by credit card, which wasn't stated on the listing. All in all, we probably wouldn't use this accommodation again, mainly because of the bank transfer requirement.

GOOD PLACE TO SPEND THE NIGHT

The apartment was definitely clean and confortable, the location was close enough to Europa Park and in a very quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen could have a couple more things, like a cutting board, and a mixing/salas bowl(s).

Lovely spacious apartment!

Great apartment in a lovely place, very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would recommend the apartments to anyone who needs accommodation in Rust for a family holiday or a business trip.

This apartment is not reccomended for light sleepers .

The size of the apartment was good.

The walls were very thin and we had a difficult time falling asleep. You can hear everything from nexxt door, every time someone uses the toilet, a tap or the shower. I suspect our bedroom was next to the neighbour's toilet. Although the hosts say we should be quiet from 10 pm onwards we can still not sleep due to the thin walls. It upset me that Apartment Marianna advertise the apartments as "soundproof" as we hardly slept.

very nice, clean, affordable location with a couple of big cons

it was spacious, clean and relatively well located, about 10-15 min walk from the park’s entrance. the parking place and the easy automatic checkin process were excellent pluses

unfortunately there were two major minuses that severely impacted in the whole experience: 1) having to check in before 8pm limited our time in the park, and we needed to leave earlier than desired. it doesn’t really make sense to me given the fact that it was an automated checkin process where the keys were left in a lock. 2) having to register between 8 and 9 am physically in reception made us have to wake up earlier than desired. again it doesn’t seem to make a lot of sense given that we were only required to fill out a form, with information that was already provided during the booking process. if in both cases there was a GOOD reason to have a time limit to do them, then providing extra time would be very much appreciated.

Great value for the price! Friendly staff!

Very clean and quite apartment! Everything is available to have a stay. A big plus are the pillows, nicely filled! The room is fantastic! More than enough space for a family even with a baby. Staff is very kind!!! Our key was not on time in the locker. They called us for an apologies and the day after they even offered a free breakfast, what a service!

Loved the location, quiet area, rooms were big and very well cleaned. The owners were nice and helpful. Planning to go back someday. Really enjoyed it.

Some guests were really loud at night, even with the warning signs about noise displayed at the facility. So, in this aspect it was a little inconvenient, but I do understand it was something out of control for the owners.

Stay away from this place- they will steal money from your credit card!! the worst place ever!

Stay away from this place!! They charge your credit card extra in following months (twice 100 euro charged)- it is a FRAUDULENT!!!! By far, the worst accomodation I have stayed in my life! 1) smelly room 2) bed sheet & pillows not clean. Eoom could be coeaner 3) communication with staff was very weak, they were not helpful to our questions 4) very expensive for the quality 5) they demanded to pay the money with bank transfer only 6) check in too late (5 pm) and check out too early (10 am)

Great stay, very clean, 100% recommend.

Very clean and staff very helpful. Anything you ask they provide, can’t complain at all. They leave you to your own devices unless you ask for assistance, which I much prefer in a property. But if you do need to ask, it is no trouble at all. The location was great for Europa-Park, and they provide a car park space (which we didn’t use as we don’t drive, but it’s great for those that do). I would 100% recommend staying here if you plan to visit the theme park!

It was weird to me that payment was a deposit via bank transfer, and cash to settle on site. I was a bit worried about that, but it turned out I didn’t need to be as everything was in order. So not really a negative, just personal preference.
