Sehr netter Eigentümer und Empfang vor Ort. Jedes Detail wurde erklärt und auch die Vortaile der Kurtaxe, die bezahlt werden muss, wurden super erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und mehr als genügend Platz ist top. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eins mit einem Etagenbett ist super für mehrere Erwachsene und Kinder (bei uns 4 Erw., 1 Kind). Das Wohnzimmer mit großer Eckcouch und einem sehr großen Esstisch ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Man sitzt nicht auf einem Haufen, hat genug Platz, dass jeder auch eine ruhige Ecke für sich findet. So eine Wohnung könnte ich mir gut als eigene Wohnung vorstellen 😀 Dazu war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine und 2 Kühlschränken, was sehr gut war um Getränke kaltstellen. Die ganze Wohnung hat Außenrolladen, sodass bei der Hitze die wir hatten, die Wohnung angenehm kühl war. Der Blick von der Couch auf die Storchenfamilie war ein kleines Highlight für uns Erwachsene aber auch unsere Tochter. Die Lage zum Europapark top. Mit Kind, Bollerwagen und gemütlichem Schritt sind wir ca. 10-15 gelaufen. Unterwegs die Bäckerei, der Metzger und zahlreiche Restaurants, die auf dem Rückweg besucht werden konnten. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Kirchenglocken, die irgendwie alle 15 Minuten klingen. Aber nach einem ganzen Tag im Europapark schläft man auf den Matratzen so gut, dass selbst die Glocken einen nicht wecken können 😁 Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wir werden definitiv irgendwann wiederkommen, Danke

Wohnung war völlig okay. Großer Sanitärbreich mit Bad, Dusche und WC. Klassischer 80er Stil. Alles Sauber und im guten Zustand. Gute Ausstattung betreffend die Küche. Bettenstoff teillweise gerissen aber sonst okay. Für Familien die jetzt nicht unbedingt den großen Luxus erwarten, ist es zum empfehlen.

Der steile Stiegenaufgang ist nicht für alle geeignet.

The location is ideal and the space was great for our family of 7. The owner was great at communicating essential information and provided a lot of additional info that made our visit to Europa Park a great one. He also went out of his way to divide up the receipts for our occupancy taxes, so that we could use them for free parking at Europa Park. I have a bad ankle, so we chose to drive, but the apartment is only ~15 minutes walking from the park entrance or 5 minutes by bus (heading to the park, 25 minutes by bus coming home). So, lots of options for transportation. The home is clean, well taken care of, and well stocked. You can tell that the owners care about the space.

We had thought there was a washing machine on site from a statement/summary of the space that was on Booking.com. However, I didn't see washing machine in the list of amenities. I verified with the owner that they don't have a washing machine and he has never included one in the listing, so this must be some AI tool that Booking.com is integrating into their site to create their summaries and it is "hallucinating" information. I only mention this here so others are aware if they see the same message about a washing machine (or any other amenities). If in doubt about something, check with the owner before your visit.
