Not bad if you look for an apartment is clean, has sufficient with beds, close to the highway

Number of beds and rooms were great, but single small sink in bathroom was inconvenient.
Our favorite part about the apartment was the number of beds and the separate rooms to make it comfortable for multiple people to stay. We didn't end up taking advantage of the breakfast because we couldn't make it to the breakfast spot by the time breakfast ended (and the fact that we needed to drive to breakfast made it difficult to take turns while our child was still sleeping).
Shortly after we arrived, we needed to restock on items such as toilet paper. The coffee maker/grinder was nice to have, but we also needed to shop for more coffee beans to finish filling it. Even though there were enough beds for 9 people, there was only one tiny sink in the bathroom, and I can see how it would be difficult for that many people to stay with only one tiny sink if you need to do dishes or fill large water bottles. One of the reasons we chose the place was because of location, the amount of rooms, and the possibility for breakfast...however, driving to breakfast in time was too inconvenient, and therefore we weren't able to utilize the breakfast parking which was right across from the park, so we ended up driving to the park and paying for the parking lot anyway. We also weren't too pleased with the pillows...they kept becoming flat in middle of the night which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Alles in allem Top Unterkunft!
Sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und sauber. Wir sind begeistert über die bereitgelegten Handtücher und die bezogenen Betten. Der großzügige Wohn-, Essraum bietet viel Platz. 10 Personen + Baby finden Platz zum Schlafen aber nur 4 Stühle stehen am Tisch. Wir sind aber auch nur zu 4. Da gewesen. Vielleicht lässt sich das bei mehreren Personen verhandeln bzw. Anmelden. Sehr freundlicher telefonischer Kontakt.
Eine Kaffeemaschine inkl Kaffee steht bereit. Wir hätten uns über ein Zuckertütchen oder Milchdöschen gefreut, haben den guten Kaffee aber auch schwarz dankend angenommen.

Aufenthalt mit deutlichen Schwachstellen
Unkomplizierter Check-In via Schlüsseltresor.
Am Tag vor Anreise wurden wir von der Vermieterin angerufen und darüber informiert, dass die Unterkunft versehentlich doppelt belegt, sprich überbucht worden sei. Uns wurde daraufhin ein Hotel in Ringsheim angeboten, welches der Cousine der Vermieterin gehört und noch ein Zimmer für uns frei hätte. Nachdem wir uns jedoch bewusst für eine Unterkunft in Rust entschieden haben, um nach dem Parkbesuch den Rückfahrverkehr zu umgehen und stattdessen fußläufig zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, kam diese Option für uns nicht in Frage. Dies teilten wir der Vermieterin mit. Daraufhin erhielten wir einen erneuten Anruf, dass nun doch die anderen Gäste umgebucht werden konnten und wir die Wohnung wie geplant beziehen dürfen.
Ob ein Anwenderfehler oder eine bewusst gesteuerte Doppelbuchung vorlag, um das Hotel in Ringsheim innerhalb der der Familie gefüllt zu bekommen, wissen wir nicht. Jedoch können wir mit Sicherheit sagen, dass wir diese Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen werden, da ein solcher Stress einen Tag vor Anreise unnötig war und wir so etwas nicht erneut haben wollen.
PS.: Da ich beruflich täglich mit dem System von Booking.com zu tun habe, kann ein Fehler von Seiten der Buchungsplattform, entgegen der Aussage der Vermieterin, nahezu ausgeschlossen werden. Meist handelt es sich um Anwendungsprobleme der Unterkunftsanbieter, welche das System zu nicht realisierbaren Buchungen (z. B. durch Mehrfachbelegung) veranlassen.
Ein kurzes Fazit im Hinblick auf die Unterkunft selbst:
Die Größe ist ausreichend, jedoch handelt es sich um teils feuchte Kellerzimmer. Das Bad ist sehr klein und nur über eines der Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Der WC-Rollenhalter war deutlich verrostet und sollte dringend erneuert werden.
Auf dem Rückenteil des Doppelbetts im linken Zimmer krabbelten kleine Staubläuse. Diese sind für Menschen ungefährlich, allerdings hätten wir uns ohne diese trotzdem wohler gefühlt.

Eenvoudig maar fijn verblijf
Eenvoudig appartement. Wij sliepen er met z'n 3en, maar er kunnen 9 mensen slapen. Wij hadden alleen toegang tot een kleine badkamer. Wellicht wordt er nog een andere badkamer en keuken beschikbaar gesteld met meer personen.
Voor ons: geen keuken, 1 kleine wastafel

geen keukentje en eigenlijk maar 1 slaap kamer moet naar de wc /badkamer door 1slaapkamer heen afwas doen in badkamer zonde leuk als je van simpel houd wel bestek en borden kopjes waterkoker en koffiemachine dat was het had gelukkig oventje zelf mee genomen.

1 kleine badkamer, geen losse wasbak/gootsteen buiten badkamer, geen apart toilet, geen keukentje, geen optie om te koken.
Mogelijkheid tot 9 slaapplekken, maar onduidelijk of er dan meerdere badkamers en/of een keuken erbij zouden komen. Aantal deuren zaten op slot.

Muffeliger Geruch durch Schimmel. Um den zu überdecken stehen überall Lufterfrischer. Nachts geht öfters die Heizung an, welche sehr stark zu hören ist.

Si vous voulez vivre dans une cave sans lumière naturelle alors vous êtes à la bonne adresse.
1) humidité , murs en décomposition, ma petite est allergique à la moisissure et est rentrée hyper serré 2) pas de chauffage central , un petit chauffage électrique d’appoint
3) une rallonge électrique 3 prises pour l’ensemble du salon
4) pas d’articles de toilette comme stipulé dans l’annonce
5) tv salon ne fonctionne pas et sans piles !
6) aucune possibilité de se restaurer ou bien simplement réchauffé quelques chose !
7) l’hôte à un accès direct de l’intérieur via une porte et celle-ci ; Sylvie a touché à nos affaires personnelles ! Pyjamas de mes enfants,…
Bref nous y étions pour passer le réveillon du nouvel an et ça été un cauchemar !!!
