Nice stay close to Europa Park

The appartment is just 15 minutes walking from Europa Park, but if you prefer to go there by car they also gave us a free parking ticket for the park. The appartment was great, clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood. Good and easy communication with the staff all the time.

Amazing place to stay while having fun in EuropaPark

Amazing place to stay if you're going to visit EuropaPark or Rulantica. Very spacious and clean, big and comfortable beds, good heating, clean and big bathroom. There's a small kitchen corner which provides all basic things you may need for 2-3 days stay. There's a free specially designated parking lot just in front of the house. Both parks are close enough for a 10-15 walk to get by foot. Check in and check out are both possible by accessing a key box with a code. Reception is in another building very close by with a very nice personel. They speak very good English and French. They will provide you with any additional information or anything at all that you may need.

Too few kitchen appliances and utensils. Only one bathroom with one toilet for 6 people is sometimes not enough. There's a table sign that guests must clean up the house when leaving or they'll be charged additionally, but there are no available tools to clean with - no mop, broom, vacuum cleaner or anything else. The kitchen table was a real pain to be cleaned with small dents that collect any single breadcrumb and can not be cleaned.

The location and space was great. Having A/C was such a bonus! Plenty of space, beds were comfortable, space was clean. Check in process was easy once we found the correct lock boxes. I was a little nervous of the property after reading Google reviews, but our time and stay was great with no issues.

Nice flat located nearby the park. Well organized staff who speaks properly English. I recommand it.

The flat is really close from europapark main entrance and in a calm residential area. A car park is assigned to you which makes your life easier and the staff is really helpfull.

The flat does not have a freezer. I'm travelling with a disable child who has his own food which need to be kept cool when we are outside. The freezer would have help me to get some ice block during the day.

The stay was ok but considering neighbouringt places to stay which had more facilities such as netfl

Our apartment seemed to share the Wi-Fi where as the others had their own. One of the beds didn’t have a duvet only a brown blanket. There was no toaster in the room, or even in the breakfast room. There was also no room to sit down only a small sofa against the wall for one person.

To be avoided: overpriced and underserviced. We cut our stay short and went home a day early!

The room was not like it was in the photos. The shutters to the terrace didn't close so it was hard to sleep with the sunlight outside. We complained via email but received no response. The aircon was extremely noisy meaning we had to sleep with windows open and hot air coming in (in the middle of a heatwave). In addition, we were kept awake by the neighbours and their noisy aircon. The "mattress" in the baby cot was in terrible condition and the beds were uncomfortable. There was a lack of basic equipment in the kitchen. There was no space to socialise in as a family. It felt like a cheap motel, yet it cost just over 300 euros (including the cleaning fee and local tax) for just two nights. I also found it unreasonable that we could only get access to the room at 5pm and yet had to check out early. We decided to cut our stay short and come home a day early!

Beds were hard and on the ground floor, it was loud. People sat outside our room talking on the terrace until 2230 while the kids tried to sleep.

An excellent stay in an very comfortable and spacious apartment!

The apartment was exceptional in the middle between the Europa-Park and Rulantica. You can walk to both Parks but a car is recommended because is at least 15' minutes walking distance to both of them. The check-in time is 17:00-21:00 and the check out is 9:00-10:00 so you have to organize well your arrival and departure. You have to check your booking messages because you will receive information with all the instructions you need to find the check-in boxes (having the keys inside) and your parking. Please pay attention because the majority of the check-in boxes are located in the reception office, which is in a different location than the apartments (very close though). The apartments are very clean and comfortable and can easily accommodate big families even for long stays. The staff was very helpful and polite and overall is a very good value for money!

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The host responded very quickly to all of our requests. We will definitely be staying here again when we return. The location was very close to EuropaPark and Rulantic. Thanks again for hosting us.
