dissatisfaction in levels of decor and cleanliness

location and parking were good.

the place stank , very unpleasant . in addition to this the property is in generally poor condition , holes in doors filled with plaster, steps on kids bunk beds loose and unsafe, elec cables on lights hanging out of ceiling, filthy blinds. also to offer accommodation that can sleep up to 10 people with one toilet and shower is ridiculous.

L'emplacement, la literie, la proximité des restaurants et des parcs d'attractions

La climatisation en supplément en période de canicule ( inadmissible). Machine à café qui fuit. Peinture abîmé. Meuble salle de bain cassé. Baignoire pas étanche plein d'eau par terre après avoir pris les douches. Vis cassée toute rouillé sur le carrelage dans la baignoire ( très dangereuses pour les enfants et nous même). Bouteille d'alcool vide et paquet de cigarettes qui traîne sur la terrasse. Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer. Et le propriétaire préviens que 1h avant la réception que sois disant les locataires d'avant l'on saccagé et qu'il l'a réparé dans la journée.

we waren met kinderen en kinderen willen Wi-Fi, helaas werkte dat niet door een storing

Die Nähe zu Europa Park ca.15min zum Fuß

-Die Wohnung entspricht nicht die Erwartungen und an Sauberkeit hats völlig gefehlt! Verdreckte Möbel, voll verschmutzte Jalousien, die Küchenschränke schmutzig, kein Licht im Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, keiner richtige Schränke im Schlafzimmer, ungepflegte Terrasse, Bettwäsche hatten sehr schlechte qualität, die Matratzen hatten Flecken drauf, kein Ventilator, keiner Klima Anlage (bei 32°C Aussentemperatur) usv!!!
