Nice place and a friendly host.

The place space is good for family members of 5 mixim. The location is not bad. The owner is polite and friendly.

The apparent is in the second floor , it is hard for old people and heavy ones. Bathroom is very small and the bath is too narrow. There is no room service, so it is good for small staying days and applicable for long stays.

Very clean, tidy and warm. The apartment is spacious. Kids had a lot of space. Landlords very friendly and kind. Fully recommended.

The place was way bigger than we expected, but what caught our attention was the care with the place: it was spotless, the hosts were lovely from the moment we arrived to until when we left. It couldn't get any better.

Nothing. everything was great. The place was a bit of walk from the train station, but nothing longer than 10 min walking in a regular person pace. The host did offer to pick us up from the station (which was very nice of him - so thanks!) but as we arrived late, we didn't want to bother him at that time in the evening.

Great place to stay

Very nice and spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen & coffee machine, great location (about 10 minutes to Europa park), very nice and kind hosts. Fresh rolls & croissants are available in the early morning upon request, which is a great service! We would be happy to come again. Thank you dear Rosita and Matthias for your hospitality!!

Grande appartamento bene accessoriato

Appartamento al secondo piano molto grande e accessoriato. Posizione ottima per andare a EuropaPark, davvero molto vicino. Quartiere residenziale tranquillo e posto auto a disposizione proprio sotto casa. I proprietari vivono al primo piano.

Alles in allem ein sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

nachdem ich mit meinen Kids vorhatte Rulantica und den Europapark zu besuchen, hatte die Ferienwohnung eine optimale Lage. 5Minuten Autofahrt und man war dort. Ansonsten erhält man in Ringsheim alles was man benötigt oder aber auch einen Ort weiter in Herbolzheim. Die Ferienwohnung selbst liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Eck von Ringsheim, fernab von jeglichem Verkehrstrubel. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Vermieter sehr nett. Die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet wie Geschirr, Töpfe,Pfannen usw. Es gibt eine schöne bequeme Essecke und auch eine bequeme Couch. Zum Fernseher können wir nichts sagen, da wir ihn den ganzen Urlaub keinmal an hatten. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch in Ordnung, diese sind mit einer guten Bettdecke und vorallem einem guten Kopfkissen ausgestattet. Das einzige persönliche Manko das ich habe ist die Matratze. Diese ist relativ hart und ich bin es einfach gewöhnt weicher zu schlafen. Somit hab ich nicht wirklich was auszusetzen, da es nur mein persönliches Empfinden ist.

Pause sensationnelle sans se prendre la tête

Lieu sympathique, propre, paisible. Norma et Lidl pour shooping à proximité. Très bien placé pour les parcs d’attractions. Le propriétaire à l’écoute, attentionné, très respectueux et très professionnel. Le parking privé et la tranquillité de l’endroit. Vraiment super.

C’est tout ce qu’il nous fallait. Rien à redire.

Lo consiglio a tutti coloro, sopratutto famiglie, che si dovessero trovare in Zona Europa Park

Alloggio grande, pulito e ben arredato, letti confortevoli, Host molto carino e gentile, parla un pó di italiano, e ti fa sentire ospite particolarmente gradito. Apprezzatissime le cialde caffé per la colazione.

Se fosse possibile suggerirei di sostiuire la tenda della doccia con una porta in vetro, piú comoda.

Gerne wieder

War alles da was man braucht. Für Kleinkind sogar ein Kinderbett erhalten. Schöner Spielplatz und Tierpark in der Nähe zum spazieren. Gastgeber war bei Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt. Gerne wieder.
