Comfortable, clean, and perfectly located

We had a great stay at Casa Helvetia. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The key pickup via lockbox was smooth and hassle-free, and we appreciated the clear instructions. The location is excellent: quiet yet central, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Everything we needed was available, including kitchen supplies, towels, and reliable Wi-Fi. It was ideal for our family stay, and the communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We would definitely recommend Casa Helvetia and would stay here again.

There was no soap for shower and laundry. The towels were bad smelling and some are not clean. As for the distance, you definitely need a car to reach Europe park. The owner is not comfortable to deal with. She checks the apartment whenever we leave and contacts us all the time about whatever she sees. Not professional at all.

Had a pleasant stay

The rooms were quite spacious and kichen had all the required utensils. The most important thing..the owner of the property was polite and allowed us to check-in well before the stipulated time. Otherwise it would have been very difficult to manage outside for 3-4hours.

If you are coming to visit Europapark then everytime you you go there you would need a taxi and you will end up pay 20€ per trip which is an additional amount and we didn't think about it before planning or deciding on the hotel or apartment. Wish there was bus service to Europapark then we would definitely have avoided these unnecessary expenses.

Lage super, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung mangelhaft, daher würden wir es nicht mehr buchen.

Die lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Ein Supermarkt in gehdistanz und nur 5 min fahrt zum Europa Park

Leider liess die Sauberkeit in der Küche und im Bad sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch die Ausstattung/Möbel wirken sehr billig und es hatte kaputte Fussleisten und Jalousien.

Appartement très propre et confortable , proche d europapark ( 5 minutes )

Le manque d ustensiles de cuisine .Nous avons réservé pour 6 personnes. Seulement 5 chaises de disponibles , 5 fourchettes , 4 couteaux, 4 cuillères à café.

Prima voor een paar dagen, europapark op 8min rijden

Prima appartement, wel wat onderhoud nodig. Prima bedden. Schoon en fris, tussendoor worden de prullenbakken geleegd en om de dag schone handdoeken. Supermarkt op loopafstand en Europa-Park op 8min afstand met de auto. Wordt snel gereageerd op Berichten, op de heenweg waren wij eerder dan gepland en mochten we ook eerder het appartement in. Wel hadden we wat problemen met de verwarming en was het best warm in het appartement op de begane grond.

Appartement op de begane grond heeft hier en daar wel wat onderhoud nodig.

Gezellige herfstvakantie met het gezin, in comfortabel appartement, dicht in de buurt van Europapark

Het appartement was schoon, netjes en fris. De handdoeken roken lekker fris en werden tussendoor ververst. De keuken was goed uitgerust en het appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons vieren. De gastvrouw reageerde snel op vragen of verzoekjes via de Booking.com bericht-optie.

Bien mais fenêtres à régler

Correspondait à l’annonce et bien placé.

Plusieurs fenêtres ne fermaient pas nous avons donc eu froid. Dans un des logements il y avait de très mauvaises odeurs dans la salle de bain et nous avons retrouvé toute sorte d’insectes dans les chambres. Du gel douche et shampoing aurait été apprecié.

L'appartement se trouvait au sous sol (la même semaine où il y avait le coup de chaleur à 38°C) nous avons pu dormir auu frais naturellement :) / Proximité à 3 minutes d'un supermarché avec amplitude horaire bien apprécié / Proximité à 5 minutes du Parc EuropaPark

Emplacement de parking (manquant l'identifcation au sol / marquage) pas évident le premier soir pour trouver son emplacement.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt, der nur von der Nähe des Europa-Parks profitierte.

Die Betten waren sauber und bequem. Die Nähe zum Europa-Park war perfekt.

In der Unterkunft war höchstens besenrein gereinigt. Unter den Betten sammelte sich Staub. In den Ecken waren mehrere Spinnen und entsprechende Spinnenweben, die davon zeigen, dass seit mehreren Tagen oder Wochen nicht gereinigt wurde. Das Geschirr war dreckig. Die Herdplatten schafften es kaum Wasser kochen zu lassen. Im Badezimmer sind mehrere Fugen offen gewesen. An der Toilette waren teilweise Urinflecken.
