A good value, clean and spacious apartment

Good location. Spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Well equipped with stove top, fridge and combined microwave/oven. Suited us. Bathroom is small but functional. Location is very close to lidl/edeka supermarkets for easy shopping and supplies.

There is no sofa / lounge - but that did not concern us. The WiFi can be a bit erratic. Again not a big problem as we all had mobile phones with data plans.

A lot of noise from the workers renovating the building, the bathroom is upstairs, the bedroom also, they are very small.

The property is very clean & quiet but what I like it most is they have 2 bathroom , which I don’t find to others . Love to stay again when coming back to Europa Park

Got to have a long walk going to Europa park but still have a good side.. they are very near to the groceries store .

Good

Great location. Walking distance ro Europa park. Shops across the street. 2 bathrooms. Coffee machine, fridge, all the kitchen supplies. Nice staff.

Bed mattresses worn, quite uncomfortable. Super squeaky beds on the 2 nd floor. Lighting in kitchen insufficient, hot water in kitchen not available in the evenings. Had to wash dishes in cold water. Only one hand soap for two bathrooms. Plumbing in quite bad condition, sewage flows up on the 1st floor shower when 2nd floor bathroom is used. Only 2 small trash bags- not enough for a family of 4 for 5 days stay. No information about the location of dumpster. We had to walk around the neighbourhood with a trash bag to find a place to dispose it.

Super Ferienwohnung nähe Europark. Ideale Lage, perfekt. Kommen wieder.

Es war alles da was man benötigt. Waren sehr zufrieden. Ausstattung in der Küche und Wohnung vollständig ausgestattet.

Wirklich das einzige im bzw vor dem Badezimmer mehr bessere Möglichkeiten Handtücher für mehrere Personen aufzuhängen. Das wurde da schon eng mit 3 Leuten, bei 4 wird es noch schwieriger, aber irgendwie über Sessel usw schaffbar.

-Sauberkeit -Unkompliziertes Check-in -Genügend Parkplätze

Diverse Mängel: -Toilettenspülung: Wasser läuft andauernd. -Wasser im Lavabo wird erst nach ca 4 Minuten laufen lassen warm. -1 Heizkörper für ganzes Appartement. Reicht im Winter definitiv nicht aus wenn Außentemperatur unter Null Grad. Wir haben ganz einfach gefroren, auch weil bei Eingangstüre Abdichtung ungenügend. -Aussenbeleuchtung defekt. Stockfinster.

Gut übernachtet, zu einem fairen Preis an einem Wochende, leider Sonntags kein Frühstück.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut, Sauberkeit. Kostenloser Parkplatz. In der Nähe das Bell Rock Hotel. Gutes Bett, Kopfkissen einwandfrei. Lidl und Edeka ganz in der Nähe.

Eingang war etwas schwer zu finden. Toilettenspülung fiel beim ersten Mal betätigen aus, aber nach einem Anruf wurde es gelöst. 2 Etagenwohnung, Treppe etwas eng und steil.

Preis - Leistung ist top!

Die Lage zum Europapark und Rulantica ist perfekt. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im Europapark und am Abend kann man hinten beim Hoteleingang raus und ist in 2 Minuten bei der Unterkunft. Aldi und Edeka sind ums Eck. Alles was man Braucht ist vorhanden.

Für wenig Geld bekommt man gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zwischen Park und Rulantica

Gute Restaurants in der Nähe sowie Einkaufsläden Edeka und Lidl. Ruhige Lage. Bett Bequem. Ausreichend für 2 Nächte. Preis passt

Kühlschrank ging nicht. Dampf-Abzug und Licht ging nicht. WC mit Dusche sehr klein. Dauert bis warmes Wasser kommt.

Super rapport qualité prix

Nous avons aimé la propreté des lieux ainsi que l'équipement disponible . Mme Ramona Lehmann a répondu rapidement à mes questions :) Le lit était très confortable! Il y a la boulangerie d edeka juste à 1 minute à pieds super pratique et bon!

Seul petit bémol pour ceux qui sont réveillés par la lumiere du jour il n'y a pas de volet pour l'occulter.

El llit de matrimoni tenia una funda amb onades amb la qual costa dormir,dos edredons petits en un llit matrimoni,vem passar fred. El lavabo massa petit,la porta no funciona b i la ducha li costa empassar aigua.

Tolle Vermieterin. Wohnung optimal. Nähe zum Park und Rulantica. Beides fußläufig erreichbar. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Kann man definitiv empfehlen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Gastgeber hat sich vor der Anreise gemeldet und Daten f Schlüssel gesendet. Inkl. Foto wie man vom Parkplatz zum Zimmer kommt. Sehr freundlich war die Kommunikation. Sie hat immer schnellst möglichst geantwortet. Danke für die schönen Tage.

Läget, omkring 15 min promenad till både Europa-Park och Rulantica. Sköna sängar och bra med avskilt loft för barnen.

Allmänt ganska dålig standard, trasigt golv vid entrén, ytterdörren var svår att stänga, toalettdörren var ett dåligt fungerande hemmabygge liksom mycket annat i lägenheten. Regnade in strax utanför ytterdörren, ingen genomtänkt takkonstruktion. Väldigt liten toalett och ingenstans att hänga upp blöta badkläder. TVn fungerade inte.

Schönes, kleines Appartment

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung - für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alles supersauber. Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, aber scheint alles da zu sein, was man so braucht. Nette Vermieter. Lage in Rust: top. Supermärkte, Bars und Bushaltestelle alles um die Ecke!

Мне понравилось в этом номере многое, начиная с чистого и уютного номера. Я приятно удивлена чистотой, которая была везде; в душе, на кухне, в гостиной и комнатах. Хочу сказать, что полностью соответствует фото на Booking. Ванна. Душевая комната снабжена достаточным количеством полотенец и туалетных принадледностей. Из мыльных средств было только мыло для рук. Для меня это не проблема, потому что у меня всегда свои банные принадлежности. Кухня. Вся посуда чистая и аккуратно стоит в шкафчиках. Вы найдёте всё что нужно для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Есть чай, сахар, специи и макаронные изделия. Возможно остались от предыдущих гостей. Но всё же это приятная находка. Спальня 1 этаж. Одна большая двуспальная кровать с 2 отдельными одеялами. Подушки удобные и большие. Матрас ортопедический. Есть 2 прикроватных столика с лампой, и розетка у кровати, что очень удобно. Спальня 2 этаж. 2 отдельные односпальные кровати, удобный матрас. Также есть большой комод для вещей и хороший вентилятор. На 2 этаже немного жарко, но вентилятор решает это. Расположение. Это в 2 минутах от супермаркетов Edeka и Lidl. В 4 минутах от автобусной остановки. Номер имеет очень хорошую шумоизоляцию. Все 4 ночи я спала как у себя дома! Никаких посторонних звуков я не слышала.

В номере нет сушилки, и совсем нет места где можно сушить вещи. Пожелание и просьба для хозяина отеля, поставить маленькую сушилку для вещей и полотенец. Это всё что можно написать в минус))))

Nicht zu empfehlen, aber Nachfrage regelt den Markt

Wir lagen im Trockenen

Es hat im Bad extrem nach Kloake gestunken. Jetzt muss man sagen, dass das Bad wirklich extrem klein ist (übergewichtig sollte man nicht sein) und einen Meter vom Bett (auch das ist klein, franz. Bett Größe) entfernt ist. Das bedeutet, in der ganzen Wohnung war der Geruch, aber im Bett, wo man schlafen möchte, war es wirklich schlimm. Laut Vermieter eine einmalige Sache, für uns schwer vorstellbar, dass es so ist. Leider war die Kommunikation anschließend auch sehr unfreundlich. Selbst wenn es eine einmalige Sache gewesen sein sollte, unser Aufenthalt war ruiniert. Als Wiedergutmachung dürften wir einen Café trinken, falls wir irgendwann wieder in Rust sind, bei der Frage nach Preisnachlass wurde es hässlich… Einmal und nie wieder

Appartments mit viel Charm und nett eingerichtet. Nachts sehr ruhig. Wir konnten prima schlafen. Kostenloser Parkplatz und das Café im selben Gebäude. Man kann gut zu Fuss in den Europapark gehen. Was will man mehr.

Für uns hat alles gepasst.
