The host was very nice. The room is clean and tidy. Not far from the Park and free parking.

In April, the room was still a bit cold and needed to be heated.

Could only pay by cash which was not a problem but always good to know this beforehand.

🏡 Gästehaus beim Europa-Park – unsere Bewertung 📍 Lage: Super Lage – man hat direkt um die Ecke mehrere Möglichkeiten, essen zu gehen. Lidl & Edeka sind nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und zum Europa-Park sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Alternativ kann man ganz bequem die Shuttle-Busse oder öffentlichen Busse nutzen, die gleich um die Ecke halten. Obwohl die Ferienwohnung privat ist und nicht direkt zum Park gehört, darf man die Shuttlebusse der Parkhotels mitbenutzen – klappt problemlos. 🧼 Sauberkeit: Alles war tipptopp sauber – besser als in vielen Hotels! Bad, Dusche und Toilette waren makellos gepflegt und frisch geputzt. 🛏️ Ausstattung: Zwei Zimmer: ein Wohnzimmer mit Bett, Fernseher und WLAN sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Schiebetür für Privatsphäre. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden und durfte mitbenutzt werden – sehr praktisch. 💬 Fazit: Sehr nette Vermieter, ruhige und super gelegene Unterkunft, alles sauber und gepflegt. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Parfait

l'hôte est très accueillant et gentille. il est sortie dès notre arrivée et nous a fait le tour du propriétaire. la literie est top et les équipements présent sont plus que suffisant. linge de maison serviette de bain et de vaiselle tout là. A deux pas du parc, pas obligé de prendre sas voiture l'entrée du parc ne peux que se faire par l'entrée principale mais la sortie est possible a 100m de l'appartement face au colosseo.

Mega gastfreundlich! Der Besitzer hat uns auch jede Frage beantwortet die wir hatten und so herzallerliebst mit uns unterhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort nochmal übernachten, wenn wir den Europapark besuchen wollen. Sehr zentral zu allem. Zum Park, zu Resuarants usw. Wirklich TOP! Auch das Zimmer sehr geräumig und alles drin was man in einer Wohnung braucht. Man kann kochen, Wäsche waschen. Wirklich super! Immer wieder gerne dort!

- Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Keller mit separaten Eingang. Ist im Sommer auf jeden Fall angenehm kühl - Fenster im Badezimmer - Große Ferienwohnung - Nette Gastgeber

Vermieter sehr nett, Wohnung sauber, trotzdem es eine Kellerwohnung ist, war sie hell, Bad mit Fenster! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

1A Unterkunft

Sehr netter Gastgeber, erklärte alles und man fühlte sich direkt wie zu Hause. Das Bett war weich und bequem, es war sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Parkplatz vorm Haus wurde auch extra noch freigeräumt einfach toll. Die Zeiten für Check in und Check out sind super flexibel 😊

Einfach nur klasse!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sie wahren sehr besorgt wo unser Sohn ins Krankenhaus musste wegen einem unfall, und sind sogar wach geblieben, bis mein mann abends spät wieder kam. Dass appartement wahr sehr sauber und eingerichtet mit allem was mann braucht. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben wirklich genossen von der Zeit wo wir da wahren, und werden auf jeden fall wieder kommen. Danke fur alles was sie fur uns getan habt, auch fur die Sorgen von unserm Sohn! Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt bei euch.

Le logement se trouve au sous sol de la personne qui vous donne les clés, personne très sympathique, agréable, attention elle ne parle pas français mais avec un peu d'anglais on se comprend! Parfait pour un séjour à Europa-Park.
