The owner Luise is very helpful and nice. The checkin process was smooth. The location is excellent near Europe Park.
We paid extra to use the washing machine. However, the machine is in a shared room for all building residents. The designated machine was occupied most of the time. The main bedroom did not have an air conditioning.

You should have car to reach the appartement or taxi.. otherwise walking is not a good option especially in winter

Superb
The location and host were perfect. The accommodations were extremely minimal. We were asked to bring our own towels, it's possible because we were only staying one night. We had to pay a tax tariff for the "free" parking, this was not clear in the booking. Wasn't a big deal but we were just glad we had a few euros on us to pay.

Exceptional
Location was perfect. Easy 10 minute walk to Europa park in the morning and 2 minute walk home (from back of park entrance). It is also 6 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants with great atmosphere!
