Good value for money

Good location, easy acces ,free parking, large studio, good kitchen utilities. Quite very responsive owners.

The studio is in semi-basement without A/C.At 32 degrees during the day- at night the existing fan (ventilator) -was enough.

Perfect location for visit to Europa Park

Location very near by Europa park, several restaurants and super markets. Friendly host. Convenient kitchen with all you need the prep a dinner.

Nothing much. Note that all beds are in the same room and that there is no real sitting area. But that doesn’t really matter as most visitors will be in Europa park anyhow.

Great Stay!

The apartment was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was no air conditioning but it was still very cool in the apartment, during our stay temperatures reached 29 and 30 degrees celsius and it was still cool in there. The host was very friendly and helpful, and told us to call her if we needed anything. The apartment was close to everything and the parking space out front is very convenient.

I like that everything is very clean and how it is furnished. The host is very friendly. The location is just a minute walk to the bakery and not far from the other restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay.

Maybe 2 keys for 6 people would be nice or a key box or something. Where we can keep the key on one side so that everyone has access to the appartment.

Family stay for Europa park

The landlord is living above and responds fast. No issue with time of arrival. The stay was peaceful. Good distance to Europa park.

It's in the basement of the house looking out on the landlords garden. A privacy curtain is necessary. There is hardly anything (no soap, no tea, no washing liquid. This is ok but not value for money.

Europa Park Getaway with 4 kids

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to the main entrance of the park easily and were walking distance to several exceptional restaurants (for taste and value, we highly recommend eating dinner outside the park). The host was super friendly and provided good tips and recommendations. Check in was easy. The room was the perfect size for a trip to Europa Park for our family of 6.

There was nothing we didn't enjoy here.

Très grand appartement confortable très bien équipé, des documents d'information, machine à café en grains, SAPIN DE NOEL! Gentillesse des propriétaires suite à l'oubli des clés à l'intérieur en rentrant tard dans la soirée. Discrétion Proximité des restaurants/boulangeries, dont une auberge incroyable de simplicité et d'authenticité.

Top-Lage. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sogar einen 2.Stellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr schön,dass es sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten gab .Der war einsatzbereit incl.Bohnen.

Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein .Es gab auch zu wenig Haken für Handtücher.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Europapark-Aufenthalt

Super ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung. Nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Europapark-Haupteingang und abends über den Spanien-Ausgang sogar nur 5 Minuten zurück. Gemütliche Betten und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es eine Bäckerei und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit. Bei Fragen stehen die Eigentümer zur Verfügung.

Le fait que l appartement soit au sous sol avec juste 1 fenêtre j ai manqué d air et pas de porte pour séparer au moins 1 chambre juste 1 rideau , les lits dans la pièce principale c est pas top pour l intimité

Absolut empfehlenswert ! Wir haben 2 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und es war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, wie gemütlich und gepflegt alles war – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dejlig rummelig lejlighed med masser af plads og alle nødvendige faciliteter. Den ligger super godt placeret ift. Europa Park. Værter var søde og hjælpsomme med gode råd til opholdet og parken.

Die Lage war toll, fußläufig nah am Europapark. Die Betten waren gut. Ausstattung soweit ok und es war sehr sauber. Kaffeepads vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeit vor der Haustür. Vermieter hat sich nicht blicken lassen - daher keine Aussage hierzu möglich.

Leider waren es keine 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer wie wir nach der Beschreibung annahmen, sondern ein großer Raum mit nur einem Vorhang als Abtrennung. Mit erwachsenen Kindern ein No-Go, wir hätten diese Wohnung nicht gebucht, wenn dies eindeutig aus der Beschreibung hervorgegangen wäre. Außerdem im Keller ohne Möglichkeit, im Freien zu sitzen zB für Frühstück oder Abends. Auch schlecht, dass nur ein Fenster im Bereich des einen Bettes, Durchlüften der Wohnung daher schwierig. Somit etwas muffig. Durch den lichtdurchlässigen Vorhang auch ziemlich hell nach Sonnenaufgang. Handtuchhalter leider auch nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Und ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank für die Kühlakkus wäre wünschenswert.

We werden voor de deur verwelkomt door de eigenaresse die heel vriendelijk was en gelijk informatie gaf hoe we naar europapark konden gaan en waar we er uit moesten om zo snel mogelijk terug bij de accomodatie te zijn.... Ook waar je mooi kon wandelen, waar de bakker was etc..... Hele aardige jonge dame

Optimal

Die große Wohnung liegt optimal für einen ein- oder mehrtägigen Besuch im Europapark, der nach einem nur kurzen Spaziergang fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn sind auch weitere Ziele sehr einfach zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Geräte modern und einfach zu bedienen. Alles in Allem eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Am Abreisetag durften wir den Parkplatz sogar noch ganztägig nutzen. Die An- und Abreise gestaltet sich auch sehr einfach. Allgemein hat sich der Kontakt zu den äußerst netten Vermietern sehr einfach gestaltet.

Emplacement idéal et confort pour EuropaPark en famille

Emplacement, propreté des lieux, boulangerie à 30 metres. Machine a café a grain. Lits confortables et linge de maison agréable. Sortie de Europapark a 5mn a pied.

Manque un four et des places de parking difficiles à trouver. Manque un petit livret d'accueil avec quelques informations ou conseils locaux.

Confortable

Le logement est très propre, la literie confortable. Très bien situé à côté du parc 15 minutes à pieds de l’entrée principale en sortant sur la gauche. A la fin du parc on peut sortir par l’Espagne et accéder au logement en 5 minutes.
