Very nice apartment near Europa Park. The owner was extremely helpful and professional. We enjoyed our stay

Saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage zum Europapark.

Gut und pragmatisch ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, war alles sehr sauber. Direkt am Europapark gelegen, bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nach Rulantica kann man mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus fahren. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Mit der Kurkarte, die ausliegt, kann man einmal im Europapark oder im Rulantica umsonst parken. Ein Parkplatz im Rulantica kostet 10 Euro, im Europapark 30 Euro, daher sollte man das vorher wissen.

Eine deutliche Beschriftung der Wohnung wäre sinnvoll, wir mussten vor Ort fragen.

La propreté L’espace dans l’appartement L’emplacement par rapport au parc La tranquillité et le calme La terrasse (elle doit être très agréable l’été)

Appartement mal indiqué pour le trouver (pas d’indication sur la porte contrairement à la vidéo) Les photos envoyées par WhatsApp datent et ne sont plus conformes à la réalité Le four ne fonctionne plus Les volets ne fonctionnent plus Odeur de tabac très désagréable quand on rentre

דירה מאובזרת, קרובה לפארק אירופה מרחק הליכה, יש 2 סופרים במרחק 450 מטר רולנטיקה במרחק של כמה דקות ברכב. יש מכונת כביסה למי שמגיע לאטרקציות ומגיע בערב לנוח זה מעולה!

מעט צפוף אבל ידענו מראש אז אין לנו תלונות...

super Lage. genau zwischen Europapark Haupteingang und Rulantica (jeweils ~15 Min zu Fuß). Abends dann mit dem Europapark-Shuttle-Bus vom Rulantica zum Europapark-Hotel, und dann sind sogar nur 2 Geh-Minuten zur Unterkunft. Auch der Ausgang (vom Europapark zur Unterkunft nur 2 Minuten). Eben nur zum Haupteingang etwas länger, weil wir ja nicht im EP Hotel waren. Von dem her alles super.

Super !

Le parc est à 10 min à pied pour l´entrée, 2 min pour la sortie, c´est au top. Juste à côté, il y a un Lidl pour faire quelques courses, une pharmacie à 5 min à pied, nous n´avons pas eu besoin de toucher la voiture. L´appartement est spécieux et suffisamment équipé, nous n´avons manqué de rien. C´était propre et des produits de 1ere nécessités étaient à disposition pour dépanner. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et donnent de super indications pour l´arrivée. Arrivée/départ rapide et facile !

Peut être revoir les ustensiles de cuisine ? La terrasse mérite un bon coup de Karcher 😊

Kurztrip ins Badeland

Direkte Lage am Europa-Park (für uns der Startpunkt ins Rulantica), ein Bäcker gleich vor der Tür, alternativ Lidl und Edeka 2min mit dem Auto erreichbar, alles vorhanden was man braucht Vorab fantastische Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin inkl. detaillierter Infos zum Zugang, Parkplatz etc.

TV mangels störungsfreiem Satempfang zum klassischen Fernsehen nicht nutzbar aber private Streaming-Alternative anschließ- und nutzbar (gutes WLAN in der Wohnung)
