Perfect place to stay for Europa park

It should be preferred due to its proximity to Europark and walking distance to restaurants.

Location.

We stayed on the first floor. There were constant footsteps coming from the floor above. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was not good.

DIRTY homeless shelter.

Nothing.

VERY DIRTY place, looks like a homeless shelter, . Room on the 3rd floor. the floor sways and creaks, so the neighbors from the bottom will be very unhappy with you, there is no sound insulation, it seems that the neighbor is sleeping next to you. There is no hot water, the kettle is very dirty and stinks terribly, there is no internet. There is a fridge and some dishes and that's it. You have no way to cook food and nowhere to have breakfast, all shops are closed on Sunday. Nobody replies to messages.

Very good location, view of the river Elz and Europapark rides, spacious rooms, daily cleaning service, parking available. Kitchen with fridge, dish washer, well equipped.

Nights were pretty loud, it seems there are some hotels/hostels nearby where people partied (this happened on 3 out of 4 nights), the bathtub needs renovating (it is very hard to move the faucet).

Misconception

The bed was really nice and it's nice to have a tv in the room. Also enough sleeping possibilities and lots of space.

In the description it says there's a kitchen but it's only in some of the appartments so you might not get one and there was no way to choose an apartment it's just luck I guess. Also the shower only had 5 working beams which did the trick but it wasn't that comfortable. The floor was creaking a lot which isn't the biggest problem but might not be nice for everyone. I contacted the owner through booking.com about there not being a kitchen and about a closed room in the appartement for which we didn't have the key but we got no response. I also tried calling the phone number that was left to us but nobody picked up when they were supposed to be available at any time. I called around 20:00. It's good to know that you can hear al the noises from other appartments/outside. Our room was literally shaking from constructions next door.

Mostly okay, but expect hiccups.

The apartment is relatively close to the park. The basics were covered.

There is no reception at the apartment itself. I had to pick up the keys from a nearby hotel, which would have been totally okay, except that there was noone at that reception at the prearranged arrival time and we had to wait one and a half hours for someone to show up after calling the three different contact phone numbers for an hour (they were mostly not answered, of course). There were some coffe pads for the coffe maker, but no sugar, no milk. You can expect only food items left by previous occupants. (I left a kg of sugar for the next occupant, you are welcome.) There is a nearby bakery with mediocre quality and high prices, so it is more preferable to source your breakfast either from the local LIDL or restaurants inside the park. Most restaurants outside the park open after 5 p.m., so take that into consideration when planning your meals.

Unsafe to sleep and without heating in the apartment

Close to the Europa Park.

The bed was broken, it was impossible to sleep well. The heating wasn’t working and it was freezing all night long. We had no indications for the check in and the hosts didn’t answer the phone.

I didn't read all details but have never heard of an 'apartment' without a kitchen! Also very little cutlery and only one cup?

Reception at hotel next door very friendly, informative and accommodating! Bathroom spectacular! Great location!

Lovely spacious apartment with large kitchen, full size oven/hob .. only improvement would suggest to include a microwave or toaster to save time if need a quicker way to make breakfast etc

La posizione è ottima, a 10-15 a piedi dal parco.

Nell’appartamento mancavano il sale e lo zucchero e il cavatappi. Eravamo in 8 ma in cucina c’erano solo 6 sedie, carta wc insufficiente, divano letto scomodissimo. Insonorizzazione scarsissima.

Excellent séjour à Rust avec une belle journée à Europapark

Appartement très bien situé dans Rust. Hôte très sympa qui nous a remis les clefs. Taille de l'appartement très vivable pour 4 adultes. Salle de bain grande et pratique. Tout était très propre.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gemütlich, perfekt für Aufteilung „Jungs und Mädels“ oder Familien mit Kleinkindern und Teenagern. Der Betreiber war nett und hilfreich.

Appart super, rien à dire, super propre, extérieur magnifique avec vue sur la petite rivière qui passe dans la ville vraiment belle surprise! Garage fermé pour la voiture ! À 7min à pied d’europa Park!

Emplacement géographique par rapport à Europa Park. Disponibilité d'un lave-vaisselle dans le logement.

Pas prévenu que quelqu'un allait passer pour prendre les poubelles. (prévoir un endroit extérieur pour déposer celle-ci et du coup ne pas rentrer dans l'intimité de la location en cours. Planchés des étages qui grince très vite lors de déplacements quelconques sans vouloir déranger les autres étages Pas de Micro-ondes dans les équipements. Place de parking pour pouvoir se garer (rue à disque bleu)

Sehr hellhörig Bad war viel zu klein mit einem Fenster in den Gang. Bad war vom öffentlichen Gang komplett einsehbar - sehr unangenehm. Man konnte das Fenster auch nicht abdecken.

Nur 700 m vom EuropaPark entfernt. Wohnung war sauber, sehr schöne Lage an einem Flusslauf.

Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Alte Küche mit zusammen gewürfelter Ausstattung. Badezimmer sehr alt, Dusche in der Badewanne. Sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt.

Alles prima, komplette Wohnung stand uns zur Verfügung. Bad etwas eng, aber OK und alles sehr sauber. Lage direkt am Bach - in der wärmeren Jahreszeit sicher noch reizvoller.

Top moderne, saubere Pension in ruhiger Lage

War gut. Musste ein paar Minuten auf die Gastgeberin warten. war aber kein Problem. Bin mit dem Bruder angereist. Waren im Europa Park. Im Bad die Ablage war nicht ganz so stabil. War mit 2 Schrauben aufgesteckt und nachgerüstet. Aber wenn man jetzt nicht stark draufstützt oder ähnliches hält die elektrische Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta etc. Hygienebeutel hat's leider nicht ganz ausgehalten. War aber schnell wieder eingerastet. Aber Zimmer sauber alles modern eingerichtet. Sogar Nachtbeleuchtung im Nachttisch als Funktionsmöbel mit Schalter am Nachttischwürfel. Edeka nur 10 Minuten entefernt. Kochen absolut möglich in geräumiger gut ausgestatter Küche (Auch sehr sauber). Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen. Nette Gastgeberin obendrein. :)
