Apartment close to Europa park but comes with some extra work.

Great location and great set up. The host communicated well and there was enough room for all of us. Close to Europa park and there is a bakery, Edeka, and a few restaurants in the town. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a quiet location.

There are a lot of check out rules that were not disclosed at the time of booking. The host asked us to separate the trash which is absolutely reasonable but they did not provide separate trash cans or trash bags for the waste. So we just had a box of trash in our kitchen the entire weekend. At check out you have to sweep the floors but the host did not provide a broom or dustpan. You also have to wash and put away all the dishes. You can't leave a load in the dish washer. Plus other stipulations given that I will post in pictures below.

Nice location, quiet and close to europa park (by car). Was clean with everything needed. Motorized blinds are nice to have a quiet and dark room at night. Beds were large with plenty of space. Key was easy to find. Parking space was plenty. Wifi worked fine.

Those are very minor criticisms: - Bed quilt was a little small for me as I am very tall. It's kinda my fault for being too large, but I always appreciate when the bed quilt is large enough. - Instructions on how to sort garbage was a little bit unclear, I hope I didn't do it wrong. I didn't know what to do with PET and ALU.

Very quite place and for sure we will be back if at all we decide to come back to Europa Park.

The rooms were very clean and everything was well prepared. You have a pot and a frying pan to cook as well as spoons, knives, forks, glasses, coffee cups, plates(both small and big), Also the soap to clean the utensils as well as the sponge, in other words everything that a normal kitchen requires, right from cooking till cleaning, plus everything what is mentioned on the list. Edeka Müller is close by to buy the groceries and spices if any required. The place is 1.5km from the main Highway A5 and 4,6km from Europa Park. Peter was very helpful and recommended us the restaurant Gasthaus Elsaesser-hof which is 2,2 km away.

Apartment 3 has 2 staircases, one at the entrance and one inside the apartment. The stairs are very Narrow and might become a real issue at night.

The linen was soft and clean. The apartment was spacious and well furnished.

Kitchen was just equipped. It did not have the basic consumables like salt and pepper. Even basic cleaning consumables were very limited. The house rules were rather strict and unreasonable.

Really nice apartment in a beautiful and quiet area with kind hostesses. Excellent facilities with a nice bathroom. Just 8 minutes away from Europapark, so when you plan to visit the park, I would very recommend this apartment.

Super für Europapark Urlaub

Komfortabel, ruhig, nah zum Europark, was unser Reisegrund war. Elektrische Außenjalousien waren toll zum Dunkel machen zum Schlafen. Babystuhl war super. Und man konnte sich nen Staubsauger zur eigenverantwortlichen Zwischenreinigung ausleihen.

L’appartement est spacieux très proche de Europa parc et rulentica, cartier calme, très bien équipé, 2 toilettes

Je pensais que les 2 lits simples étaient de taille normale mais ce sont des lits enfants (je n’avais pas regardé les dimensions) nous avons donc dormi sur le canapé qui n’est pas très confortable car canapé convertible et donc sans matelas

Séjour très agréable et proche du Parc.

L’appartement du rez de chaussée est très confortable et spacieux même pour une famille de 5 personnes. Très propre et bien entretenu.

Le seul point négatif est le bruit qui vient des pas du dessus. Mais cela ne nous pas tant dérangé car nous nous levons très tôt afin de profiter de Rulantic et d’Europa Park.

היינו בדירה שבקומה השנייה. הכניסה לדירה כוללת מדרגות מאוד תלולות וצרות שלא מתאימות לכל אחד. גם בתוך הדירה היו מדרגות מאוד תלולות לקומה העליונה. ה ווי פיי היה חלש מאוד, לא הייתה קליטה במקומות מסוימים והיו גם ניתוקים.
