Pleasant and practical

Una estancia muy cómoda y bien ubicada, perfecta para visitar Europa Park, Alsacia y Selva Negra

Ubicación inmejorable, muy próxima a todo: ideal para visitar Europa Park, Alsacia y Selva Negra. A solo 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Baden-Baden, lo que facilita mucho la llegada y salida. Supermercado y gasolinera muy cerca. Temperatura muy agradable durante la estancia. Limpieza impecable en todo el alojamiento. Plaza de aparcamiento cubierta, justo a pie de la puerta de entrada, muy cómoda en invierno. Disponer de lavadora y secadora, un gran plus para estancias familiares.

El alojamiento no dispone de una zona común (salón/comedor) para 8 personas, lo que hizo un poco complicado sentarnos todos juntos. Aun así, éramos un grupo grande y entendemos la limitación. Echamos en falta trapos de cocina: había papel de cocina, pero nada adecuado para sacar bandejas del horno.

Perfecta para ir a Europa-Park

Temperatura ideal, muy limpio, ordenado y con todos los esenciales y más que se necesitan ( kit emergencia, papel film, de horno, servilletas de papel, jabón lavaplatos, limpiavajillas, …) genial tener secadora!!!

Me faltó un sofá en alguna de las habitaciones, no hay comedor

Appartement très fonctionnel, idéal pour un court séjour, notamment pour visiter Europa-Park (à seulement 10 minutes en voiture). Les 8 lits individuels rendent le logement parfait pour un groupe d’amis. Parking gratuit sur place, ce qui est très pratique. Le contact avec le propriétaire est rapide, simple et très agréable. La remise des clés via une boîte à code facilite grandement les arrivées tardives.

l'emplacement est parfait pour europa park et tout est assez proche que ce soit restaurant, pompe à essence ou encore supermarché.

Super séjour dans un appartement parfait pour les groupes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison située à proximité d’Europa Park. Idéale pour les groupes jusqu’à 8 personnes, la maison correspond parfaitement aux photos. Bien qu’ancienne, elle est très bien entretenue, propre et chaleureuse. Les draps et serviettes étaient impeccables, les chambres sont spacieuses avec des lits très confortables. La cuisine est entièrement équipée – on y trouve vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin ! La place de parking privée juste devant la maison est également un vrai plus. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, et la communication avec le propriétaire a été simple et rapide. Le check-in est flexible grâce à une boîte à clés sécurisée avec un code personnel, ce qui nous a permis d’arriver sans stress à l’heure qui nous convenait. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour un séjour confortable et sans souci près d’Europa Park !

Veel beestjes in de woning

Mooie lokatie dichtbij europapark , supermarkt , tankstation enz Personeel reageerd snel op de app en is exta komen schoonmaken . Helaas heeft dit niet geholpen tegen de beestjes die als nog in de woning liepen.

Op de kamers en in de keuken liepen heel veel beestjes , soort spinnen/kevers. Deze liepen ook in de bedden . Verder waren de matrassen op sommige bedden heel dun Daarnaast bleek dat wij voor een autogarage stonden dus om 6 uur werden we het bed uitgebeld de eerste ochtend omdat de auto aan de kant moest .
