Amazing stay for Europa Park

Everything that we needed. Stayed here for Europa Park. About 15/20 min walk from park, not far from restaurants and Lidl

Only had a fan for air con which didn’t do much

Good location, clean and spacious although room for improvements

Clean, great location, spacious.

Letter said water on arrival which there was not. There was no blind on one of the bedroom windows so it was hot and bright. We stayed during a heatwave which has probably impacted the score but there was one fan and two bedrooms so the kids got the fan and we had to suffer the intense heat and couldn't sleep. During another time, score prob would have been higher but there was no comfort to be had the night we stayed

Perfect location to visit both Europa park and Rulantica

Perfect location to visit both Europa park and Rulantica. Only 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to both of them. Very beautiful and comfortable rooms. Easy parking just in front of the house.

No cooking space. Only the refrigerator and coffee machine.

Great location. Easy check in and check out. Easy to find and close to motorway. Close to Europe park. Great value for money.

The first time I came here was better

There were a lot of bugs inside the room and bathroom

The description said it was an apartment but not at all it’s just a room with a bathroom and a fridge. You can’t describe that like an apartment.

There were spiders in my bed. A yellow jacket got into my room. All windows were closed so there must have been an infestation. Host didn’t answer when I asked for a refund

The light in the hall kept blinking and since there is a windows between the hall and the bed room it was quite annoying. At the end I had to remove the fuse to stop it. The second problem is that there was no shutter in the second room and thus the light woke people io

no towels, room really dirty, no curtains in the bedroom, window in the front of the shower and also no curtain, we tried to contact the host but nobody answered the phone and nobody called back. next day we booked normal hotel.

I really love the place. It was neat, wonderful and not far from the supermarket and the attractions. I would be more than pleased to come back.

I absolutely loved everything about the small appartement. I could find whatever I want in the kitchen, the sofa bed was also very comfortable and the bed was so neat. The only thing that I found problematic was the fact that the staff was unreachable. We tried to call them but not to avail and the office was always closed. I was wondering if you could fix that?

metal frame pendant light between sofa bed and bathroom door far too low so banged my head continuously . Towel for shower was old thin but very ragged torn at edges. should never have been given to any guest!!

Parking place in front of building. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants in Rust. 5 min drive till Europa Park. We didn’t spend a lot time in apartment and didn’t use breakfast there. Apartment is clean and spacious.

No kitchen area so we had to wash dishes in bathroom. Stairs are quite narrow and sharp angle.

Logement spacieux, propre et comfort. Proche d’Europapark. Arriver et départ autonome et très facile les instructions sont tres claires.
