For our plans (visiting Europa-Park), the location was very good. It was clean and spacious
The guy delivering the keys seem to be in a hurry , letting us wait and gave us almost no info, saying we would in apartment, which we did not (only 2 sheets behind the door but we had questions we had no answer to). Quite dark and incomplete utilities In kitchen; Not even a towel. Very slow internet. No instructions on how to connect to TV for those not German speakers
