The fact that the key to the main door is not in a locker but hangs on the door.

The hosts were responsive and it was easy to get into the apartment after a call. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. It is in walking distance of Rulantica and the shops (Edeka, Lidl). The airconditioning was helpful during the heat beginning of August.
The hosts could have described how to get into the apartment without the need to call them. It was unclear how to get in. But in the end it worked out well.

Super modern, clean, everything you needed! The photos really didn't do it justice, it was even better than we anticipated! Perfect location. Lovely having the balcony. Very well equipped kitchen. Absolutely perfect! Will definitely come back for our annual Europa Park trip.
Check in was a bit complicated - However I think that was because we tried to check in too early and they weren't ready for us. Check in is stated as between 5-7pm, which is a bit late, but in the end worked out fine.
