Sehr nette Vermieterin, die bei Fragen jederzeit persönlich erreichbar war. Bei wärmeren Temperaturen ideal durch die in den Schlafzimmern installierten Klimaanlagen. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub in Rust!

El alojamiento estaba a una buena distancia de Europa-Park, que era nuestro destino. Lo encontramos con muchísima facilidad al llegar y las indicaciones por parte del anfitrión fueron muy claras. No la usamos pero tuvimos incluso plaza de parking disponible! Las instalaciones eran muy completas y se podía ver todo muy bien cuidado. Pudimos descansar perfectamente durante nuestra estancia, lo cual resulta muy importante tras estar todo el día fuera. Cerca del alojamiento se pueden encontrar algunos supermercados y restaurantes, lo cual es de agradecer para poder salir bien preparados para un día lleno de adrenalina.

No soy capaz de poner puntos negativos al alojamiento, la experiencia fue muy positiva en general. Solo tuvimos un pequeño problema con una persiana que rápidamente quedó resuelto por el anfitrión y con la mejor de las respuestas/actitudes!

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, which was appreciated during the summer. The self-check-in instructions were detailed and, once we arrived, the process worked as described.

The biggest issue was the communication before arrival. I simply wanted reassurance that the self-check-in system would work if I arrived after 9:00 pm due to flight or travel delays. Instead of directly answering my question, I received multiple messages repeating that the hosts accepted no responsibility after 9:00 pm, along with repeated reminders about quiet hours and liability. The tone made what should have been an exciting holiday unnecessarily stressful before I had even arrived. Other inconveniences included only one towel per person for our three-night stay, very small rubbish bins, and several flights of stairs, which are not ideal if you’re travelling with large suitcases, strollers, or mobility limitations. The apartment is also not particularly close to the parks (around a 15-minute walk to Europa-Park and approximately 25 minutes to Rulantica), and transport options are limited without a car. After this trip, I would personally choose accommodation closer to the parks with 24/7 check-in availability. Finally, I was reminded about the quiet hours four separate times before I even arrived. Because Rulantica closes at 10:00 pm, we naturally returned to the apartment around 10:30 pm each evening. The repeated warnings made me constantly nervous that our family might accidentally disturb someone simply by entering the apartment after the park closed. House rules are understandable, but the repeated emphasis created unnecessary anxiety throughout the stay.
