4th flr attic aprt no elevator, far parking, 20yr old mattress n pillows, dishwasher yourself no no.

The Attic apartment was good n clean spacious too.

Staff was always in rush. Checkin was poorly handled. Attic apartment was in another bldg far away and attic apartment was on 4th floor by stairs and no elevator so not recommended for kids as there are lots of stairs to carry luggage n kids. Parking was in another building not same as apartment and was very hectic and not mentioned the parking was far away in another building spot. Staff said it's an apartment why you need to buy breakfast....had to clean up all kitchen n start dishwasher b4 we left or else they would charge extra $$$. Expensive for 3 nights mattress was 20years old n skunked in. Pillows were 10years old no support not washed ever. Bed was squeeking all night long even you moved your leg very uncomfortable sleep.

The property was decent, but not worth the amount of money we paid.

it was mostly clean, and close to Europa Park.

The property was decent, but I didn’t feel that it was worth €260 for a night. There weren’t enough fans or outlets to be able to place them where they were needed. I know AC is not a common thing in Germany, however with the warmer summers, it would’ve been nice. Also there were no screens in the windows so we couldn’t open the windows all the way to get proper air flow through the apartment. I was happy to see that there was free parking, however it was difficult to fit our vehicle in the garage provided. Would’ve been nice to have a parking space that fits larger cars a little bit easier.

great place, mess of a check in

nice place

They checked us into the wrong room. They gave the keys of the place to another family with our stuff in it. After being at Europa park I had to move my family’s bags to a new apartment with the family there staring at me.

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. The kitchen had everything a person needs to eat and make meals. We brought our dog and the apartment was very easy going about it. The staff was friendly, not very high hospitality, but friendly. The apartment is in walking distance to Europa Park. This is amazing because we didn't have to worry about parking.

The shower is terrible. There is no door and the the curtain constantly sticks to your body because the shower is so small and high off the ground. Honestly, it's a safety hazard as well as annoying. The staff wants you to clean the whole kitchen before you leave, but the dish washer was broken. We requested help with it and they did nothing.

Exceptional

It was very spacious, the big beds are really comfortable, the porch, it stayed cool during the day, the yard was great for my dogs, only a 5 min. drive to Europa-Park and 5min to the water park, hotel pool was an added bonus, the staff is really friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel serves delicious food.

Grosszügige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Spontane Buchung war möglich. Netter Empfang, grosszügige Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz. Gute Zimmeraufteilung und saubere Wäsche.

Teilweise waren Laminatplatten versetzt und es hatte kleine Lücken. Mit Kleinkind nicht soo optimal.

La proximité avec le parc Europapark, son côté central. La piscine est belle.

La publicité mensongère. On pense louer l appartement bleu récemment rénové puisque les photos montre l autre appartement et au final on a un autre appartement orange bien joli mais pour le même prix. Refus. Les travaux cela arrive et c est normal mais pas de diminution de prix alors que le restaurant de l hôtel était fermé. Pas de café dans l appartement ce qui me semble un minimum disposition. Propreté correct. Personnel, une personne sympathique mais la seconde moins. Lorsqu on explique ce qui n a pas été pas la jeune femme ne reconnaît pas simplement les torts, elle dit juste que les superficies des 2 appartements étaient identiques. Elle occulte le fait que la décoration et rénovation de l appartement est importante et que de fait en plus des travaux du resto ça fait beaucoup quand même pour 250 eur la nuit. Je n y retournerai pas.
