Great hotel for Europa Park family visit

It is such a beautifully decorated property with clean and comfortable rooms. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I especially loved the secret garden. The hotel was conviniently located from Europa Park.

A place to come back to, both beautiful and comfortable for north black forest.

The rooms are located in an amazing compaund, perfectly equipped with everything a traveler needs, clean and spacious. The hosts, Alexandra and Alex, were there for us willing to help and make our stay as dreamy as it was. Short driving distance from Park Europa and Rulantica, and not far for a day trip to Frieburg and Colmar. We will definitely go back there again!! Highly recommend ❤️

The most comfortable and spacious apartment we could ask for

It was a big and comfortable apartment which was well equipped. We stayed for a week without feeling trapped in a hotel. The prices were fair for any additions even laundry. It was so easy for a family with kids feeling like home. Ebba the host was so helpful and nice for the whole time. Grateful she was there

Beautiful property. Very nicely renovated. Friendly hosts, with lots of attention to detail. Very calm and enjoyable atmosphere.

The flat we had was beautiful. The only comment I have is that it is not very bright and has little view to the outside. This is due to the windows that are not very big and are on the roof of the house (diagonal). For some days it is OK but for longer stays it wouldn't work for us.

Home away from home

It was my first time visiting Black Forest with my family and we were looking forward to our stay at Palais Wunderlich for the week. Upon Arrival, the place exceeded our expectations. From the location to the interior of the place, Alexandra and Alexander did a fantastic job in thinking about every detail that will make their guests comfortable with their stay. The kitchen was well equipped on nights that we wanted to stay in and cook. Furthermore, we were right opposite the supermarket which made it very convenient. On days that we wanted to eat out, we were a 8 minutes walk from the town centre, which had a variety of restaurants. In terms of location within the black forest, we were right smack in the middle, which made it easy for us to visit different towns. Overall, my family and I will highly recommend Palais Wunderlich!

Awesome stay!!

Really cool designed Appartement. Lots of nice design details, kitchen with all necessary equipment for a short stay and invade something is missing the host will help out. Clearly a gem within Lahr. Will be back in summer to enjoy the garden ! First class supermarket ( you can see the French influence) around the corner or within walking distance. Easy parking incl. charting possibilities.

Wundervolle und gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir waren als 6er Gruppe dort und hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Ausstattung der ganzen Wohnung ist hochwertig. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Eine Deckenleuchte hätte die schöne Wohnung noch mehr zur Geltung kommen lassen aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Apartment, für zwei Personen. Viel Platz, gemütlich und schönes Ambiente. Und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Es war sehr ruhig. Und doch das Zentrum ist zu Fuss schnell erreichbar.

Romantischer Urlaub im Palais Wunderlich

Ein wunderschoener Komplex, kernsaniert und ausgesprochen schoen ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Eigentuemern. Haus + Garten sind ein echtes Erlebnis und der Schwarzwald um die Ecke laedt zu Ausfluegen ein. Da das Haus mitten in der Stadt ist mit einem Penny Markt gegenueber und vielen anderen Geschaeften und Restaurants in der Naehe, kann man es sich richtig gutgehen lassen. Wer will kann auch im Haus fruehstuecken, wer sich lieber im eigenen Apt. versorgt, der kann das auch tun.

Da gibt es nichts. Alles top, auch unser Hund war willkommen. (Falls jemand Bedarf hat, eine Mikrowelle gab es in unserem Apt. nicht, wir haben sie aber auch nicht vermisst).

Ein Kleinod in Lahr. Die Wohnung im denkmalgeschützten Palais Wunderlich war wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail und allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit Blick auf den schönen Garten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Gastgeber einfach nur bezaubernd. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!
