It has a ground floor bathroom and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, utility with washing machine, dishwasher and clothes airer. Dining room and a further sitting room with logburner and comfy furniture as well as a sizeable entrance hall with bookcases and reading chair. Roadside parking is available. Outside has a front, enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. Ivy Cottage is an excellent location for friend and family holidays. Sorry, no smoking in the property or in the garden.
