Lovely stay in Bakewell

The location was great, right in the town. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a few days away.

The stairs to the apartment were a bit tight for us with a baby and pushchair.

An excellent apartment in a lovely place; highly recommended

It was very spacious, well serviced, clean and in an extremely convenient location in the town centre

Traffic noise was noticeable but not a major issue. Resident permit parking was a slight worry, but in reality wasn’t an issue

Bakewell break

Very comfy lounge seating and beds. Lovely bed quilts/linen. Clean and modern bathroom / kitchen. Nice to have black out blinds in the bedrooms. Plenty of room. Great to have a parking permit and parking so close. Overall lovely flat, great location in Bakewell.

Would have been nice to have the flat warmed up before we arrived as it felt cold especially as we arrived during storm Amy having driven through rain and wind. The heaters could have been turned on in the bathroom and bedrooms on their thermostats. Also 1st floor banister is broken. I leaned on it and it nearly gave way.

Well appointed first floor flat in centre of Bakewell.

Well appointed flat in the centre of town. Fully equipped kitchen should you want to stay in and cook. Comfortable living area with separate dining space. Bedrooms are spacious and restful. Good shower in bathroom with two different options for either a rainfall shower or a more focused hand-held shower head. Towels and toilet rolls provided along with cleaning essentials.

Although not part of the flat - the bannister on the stairs heading up to the flat feels very unstable.

Location was brilliant ….. not just for the town of Bakewell but also our trips out in the Derbyshire dales and Peak District . Perfect Spot

Just a small thing ……. The garden was Not tidied until our last day and we sat out for a glass of wine then but if it had been neater earlier we would have used a couple of times more I think but not a problem ….. really a small thing as overall the place was excellent

Great location, lovely apartment, parking an issue, communal area required attention.

Location to the town of Bakewell was great. Although parking is an issue, If I had known that parking was away from the property I would have booked another property and location to stay at. I think this needs to be clearer on the advertising so as not to mislead customers.

Residential parking was away from the property which was not made clear at the time of booking. I think this needs to be made very clear within the details of the advertised property as I would not have booked the property had I been aware of this.

Great apartment in fantastic location

Apartment was very clean, perfectly furnished and in a fantastic location close to centre of Bakewell. Steep steps to the apartment and garden might not suit everyone.

Lovely cosy apartment

Comfy beds, sofas, all very nice and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped.

The bathroom was a bit small, especially the toilet area. Could hear noise from upstairs apartment.

A good central place to stay if weather is warm.

Very central to shops and eating places. Nice comfy bed and sofas in the lounge. Nicely decorated and plenty of room.

Despite having the heating on it was cold. Radiators were electric and didn’t produce enough heat. Had to keep all doors shut to try and warm up the place. Bathroom very cold also.
