It includes three bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite, a twin room, and an adult bunk room, along with a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep six people. The interior also comes with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is plenty of off road parking and a rear enclosed garden with a lawn, gravel area and furniture. Hall End Barn is a cosy cottage in a fine rural location.
Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric range, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lockable storage. Enclosed rear garden with gravel, lawn and furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 1.3 miles away, shop 2 miles. Note: Washing machine is in the ground floor cloakroom.
