Location was good, quiet well kept road. Weel appointed. Good Wi-fi.

There were a number of practical issues which brings the value of the property down. Kitchen - There is not enough cutlery, mugs, bowls. We had 6 adults staying so not everyone could eat at the same time. Air-fryer handle broken. Kitchen bin lid doesn't shut. Bathrooms - No shower fitting or mirror in main bathroom. No towel holder in downstairs loo. No spare lo rolls. Bedrooms - Mattresses old and worn, can feel springs. Bed linen doesn't fit beds. Small top bedroom no bedside table or lamp. If these small issues were addressed this would've been a lovely stay.

Beautifully presented and clean and tidy. Host was very attentive and checked in with us once we had arrived at the property. Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use when we were getting ready in the morning.

Nothing

It was new. It felt like home.

To be honest, the ramp on the driveway needs to be rebuilt so as the slope does not hit the bottom of the car.

Good location for the event we were attending and a very quiet area. Well equipped & nicely decorated & very spacious.

The bed in the main bedroom didn’t not suit us at all, so we didn’t sleep well. Possibly time to replace the mattress.
