Cannot fault anything. Room & breakfast at this price are exceptional, shower is super powerful, beautiful view from room and Dee & Nige are very friendly hosts. We will definitely be back.

Heartseed House is a really exceptional b&b and we were lucky enough to stay there for 3 nights. Dee and Nigel are wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Our room was immaculate, and very nicely furnished, with good quality, comfortable bedding and a superbly powerful shower. Lots of thoughtful extras, such as shortbread, still and sparkling water, a well stocked Tassimo, tissues and fresh milk in the room's mini fridge. We were celebrating my birthday, and the lovely extra touch of a card and prosecco really made this stay special.
Breakfast was superb - great selection of fresh fruit, cereals, juices and a hot breakfast, perfectly cooked by Dee and served by Nigel.
The location was perfect for us - so quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views towards the Dornoch Firth, yet only a 2 minute drive into the centre of Dornoch.
Dee and Nigel are very knowledgeable about the area, with Dee making lots of wonderful sightseeing suggestions for us, and also eating out recommendations.
Highly recommend staying here.
