Great location and lovely staff.
Walls are quite thin so can hear people v clearly in next room.

The B&B was quite easy to find and we liked the style of this classical house. The room was very comfortable with some slightly unusual decor (nice!). Very nice breakfast similar to what we have had in German hotels - clue is that the hosts are originally German.
The reception area wasn't very welcoming and needed something to make it a bit "cosy/warmer".

Cawdor House was a nice place to stay during our visit to Nairn. It is in a house built in 1859. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfasts were good. The Classroom restaurant is a short walk away, and was a nice place to have dinner.
Nothing that I can think of.

Really nice B&B within walking distance of Nairn town centre, rooms are clean and light and the breakfast was delicious
The single room didn't have a lot of space in it, as most of it is taken up by a double bed, not ideal when you're travelling with a dog. Nothing actually wrong with the room, just not a lot of space

We thoroughly enjoyed our room, the breakfast, our reception, and especially our two lovely hosts. We could not have asked for a better stay, and we will be back.
Nothing. Everything was fine.

I fell in love with the decoration. This place is all about details, I loved wooden robins most :) and there is a great restaurant (classroom) next door.
For our experience it was all great. Probably, one may enjoy a wider check in window. It is only 4-7 pm.

Very clean, friendly owner, and nice location for walking to nearby restaurants.
Nothing- it was a nice stay!

It was close to the railway statsion. I do not own a car. It was also close to a good restaurant - the Class Room.
Nairn is a very interesting town with a good harbour, lots of very interesting buildings and a small museum.
There was no cooked breakfast. I was looking forward to some Stornoway black pudding. And very limited breakfast cereals. The place was run by three very pleasant German ladies: perhaps they don't know what people expect in Scotland!

House is gorgeous, hosts are absolutely lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, with fresh made eggs and specialty coffees. Homemade bread and a selection of pastries were a treat. Great location in Nairn to visit the town and beaches. Quick drive to Cawdor Castle and Inverness.

Lovely hosts, super breakfast in the continental style - the fresh cooked eggs were amazing! Beautiful house had been decorated and set up to a very high standard. Fabulous stay - we would go out of our way to stay again. We managed to park in the driveway - otherwise parking is in the residential road
Nothing! Nairn town wasn't very inspiring but there are lots of interesting places nearby and lovely countryside and coast.

Great boutique place in centre of town, easy for local parking and plenty of shops, cafe and places to eat and drink nearby
Only feedback I can give is that it would be useful to have blinds or net curtains as well as the sash tie back curtains in the bedroom. It gets light early and without an eyemask the light woke me :)

I liked the two German ladies who ran things. The breakfast coffee was best in Scotland. The breakfast was excellent.
I set off early on my last day so was not there for breakfast. Kindly they offered me a bagged breakfast. I was disappointed that it was only a couple of pieces of fruit and a croissant with no contents. I expected better.
