Beautiful cottage house in Bodmin center

- Nice cottage garden in front of property - Spacious bedrooms on upper floors - Location close to main shopping street and easy excess to highway - Decoration of the property and books present for all ages - Helpful host

- Parking detached from property makes arriving and leaving with 2 little ones difficult - Property a bit damp (kitchen and bathroom have no active ventilation) - Doors don't close properly, especially inconvenient for bedrooms

Old world charm with all the modern Amenities!

It was perfect! the cottage is lovingly done up to the last detail it certainly looks to be a labor of love! everything from the fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room, bedrooms the books, radios, movies in DVD, smart Tv, artwork everything you would need to settle down relax and explore lovely Cornwall!

The graveled path to the cottage is a bit difficult if you are carrying heavy luggage!

Good location seeing Cornwall, well equiped especially kitchen, close to shops and good pub. Heating system good and did not need any adjustment.

TV channels sporadic aerial probably needs fixing, beds not comfortable which is a personnal thing, but one was warped.

Absolutely lovely.

absolutely huge and spacious!!! such a lovely house!!! the kitchen was to die for!!!! We arrived in storm Eunice and there was a power cut when we arrived the owners kindly paid for our meal that night. such a lovely touch to our time away.

Just one thing and that was that we were so excited about the Dulce Gusto machine but it needed descaling. Luckily we’ve had one of these machines before so knew how to descale it.

Spacious, well equipped, clean house with private garden. A few mins walk to Bodmin for eating out. Great location for exploring Cornwall. A perfect house!

Lovely stay

The best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had on holiday. Beautifully decorated throughout and more than enough space for a family of 4. Tranquil garden to relax in after a busy day at the beach. Easy access to beaches, Eden project and access routes. Walking distance to variety of restaurants. Cream tea and wine on arrival a very thoughtful and tasty touch.

Lovely spacious house in good decorative order. Clean and tidy. Great location. Nice little well kept garden which is a sun trap. Bottle of wine and cream tea were left for us when we arrived. Good parking. Nice pub nearby. A great place for a holiday, would definitely recommend it.
