Lovely mobile home situated on Trenance Holiday Park. Only a short walk to Newquay town centre, Trenance boating lake and Newquay's beautiful beaches. We have 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin plus a sofa bed in the living room area together with a kitchen area and parking. This is the closest Holiday Park to Newquay town centre with Waterworld 25m and fun pool together with a brand new indoor trampoline park on your doorstep. We are also only a 5 minute walk from crazy golf, horse riding, Trenance cottages, a brilliant skate park , a children's park and a miniature train !! This is a clean and well run Holiday Park with a superb, unrivalled location. An excellent base to explore Cornwall and everything you need for a fabulous

Great that car can be parked next to caravan and caravan site is quiet... bench outside nice touch Caravan was pleasantly surprised. Homely touch and little extras included.. Great that hand towl / kitchen washing up stuff / bath matt and kitchen towl all on site. Flowers amd scones were well apprecoated aswell. Had a problem with shower pressure at start. - 2x days of a dribble rather then shower but person got it sorted promptly and now the shower is acceptable. Only real issues which could be improved in my eyes were a few stains on bedding and oven was completely useless. Cooker nob missing and 10 minute fresh pizza cooked in an hour and was only just edible. We avoided cooking meals at the caravan Apart from that it was lovely and would highly recomment .

The location was good to tour southern Cornwall and see the sites. The accommodation were fine. The scones and flowers were a nice welcome. I do wish towels were furnished. Traveling from the US it was just one more thing to have to consider.

good caravan. There were only 2 of us staying in this caravan for 6. I don't think 6 people would fit in. Kitchen was good, enough pots and pans.

We were shown into the caravan by the Manager who had laid on a cream tea and fresh flowers in a vase which was a very welcome sight after our long journey. A basic and older caravan. A very small lounge area incorporating a dining table, padded bench for three people and a stool. A good double bedroom and two small beds in the second room. The cleanliness overall was good but I did wash the door handles and oven furniture which were sticky but did not spoil our stay. The caravan is in an excellent position for sightseeing with an average drive of 30 - 45 minutues to visit spectacular views, quaint villages and small fishing towns with lots of character. The camp itself has minimal facilities but if you have a car there are a couple of supermarkets locally. Our booking was made through vrbo.com and not through the actual caravan site itself so any communication regarding keys, bedding and towels are communicated through vrbo. You should receive an email from them and a link to the Manager for the meet and greet on site. Unfortunately there was confusion with myself and my family. We arrived at the site and looked on the board in reception for new arrivals and our name wasn't there. I spoke to the camp caretaker, I searched my emails again and phoned Liv (Manager) for private rentals. The caretaker guided us up to meet her. She then took us to our caravan. Overall we had a fantastic week with all the wonderful sights. I would definitely recommend this caravan for location.

Nice caravan in quiet central location on a holiday park. It’s perfect for a short break as it’s central location enables you to get to all the local beaches within 5 minutes. Very clean, and has what you need to make your stay enjoyable. Could do with wifi though! Recommended.

Good stay , close to everything but far enough away for peace, interior of the van could be better , cobwebs and broken handles and locks on windows, main door sticks and can be a pain to open and window in twin room doesn't open leaving it too hot this time of year, apart from that everything is good and in working order , really enjoyed our time in Newquay and would recommend and will be returning

Fantastic communication from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Great accommodation, clean and spacious, and only a 30 min walk to Fistral beach. Lovely touch with the scones, jam and clotted cream left by Liv, they were delicious!

We had a fabulous holiday staying here. It was a lovely surprise to arrive to fresh flowers along with scones, jam and clotted cream as well as a few other “essentials”. Meant we could relax straight away after a long drive. Any questions were answered immediately and cheerfully. All communications were spot on - thank you!! The location is ideal for walking into Newquay and provides a great base for visiting the beautiful north Cornwall coastline and the Camel Trail.

From booking our holiday we had excellant communication with Olivia from start and during the holiday. Caravan was lovely, had everything we needed for our 2 weeks stay. Including fresh clean towels which Liv also provided for the second week and bedding. We arrived to milk in the fridge and cream teas which was a nice touch. Excellant location, right in the middle for beach, supermarket and attractions and also a bonus we could hear the lions roar in a morning from Newquay zoo. The park was great and the wardens were always on hand and happy to help when needed.

Visited the area with friends, rented for a short stay. Property ok, a little compact for 4 adults. Cleanliness could be improved, but ok. Communication with owner excellent and informative . Lovely cream tea left for our arrival, very nice. Newquay busy, struggled to book restaurants and walk in ones very busy due to staff shortages and others closed due to covid. Advise anyone visiting the area to book tables early.

This was the first time we stayed at a caravan and it was a lovely experience it was nice and cozy and my daughter enjoyed it a lot. She had the open grass to run around and the people were lovely.. Everything was close by which was so convenient. The only thing i had a issue with was the checking out time. I wish the checking out time was around 12 as my child does not wake up til half 10 so that was quite a challenge rushing out other than that it was a pleasant experience

As soon as the booking was made the contact between ourselves and the hosts was exceptional. They answered all of our queries promptly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan was spotless and immaculately kept. It has everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The caravan is smaller than others we have stayed in in the past however it was more than big enough to accommodate myself (currently nearly 8 months pregnant), my partner and my grandmother. This caravan park is the closest to Newquay town centre however it’s still a good 15 minute walk which may prove troublesome with elderly relatives, pregnancy or young children. The first day we walked up the hill into town but the staff on site in the reception area told us another route past the zoo which cut out the hill (much more comfortable). Overall we really enjoyed our stay which was made more comfortable by Jo. I cannot fault the hosts or the caravan at all. I would recommend this caravan to others and will defiantly be looking to book again in the future

Great location of property, it was very close to the beach and town centre. It was a great place compared to other nearby towns and we totally recommend the property. Liv provided us with superb and fast communication and customer service which made our stay hassle-free.

There wasn't such available.Other than that, we are all VERY satisfied with the experience - we had a lot of fun, the athmosphere is very calming and pleasent.
