Just a short stroll from Tolcarne beach and within a few minutes of the town centre, this beautiful, contemporary eco-home sleeping eight people combines luxury, space and position to create an ideal beach retreat for friends and family in Newquay.
Newly built in 2018 with smart home technology, this home is laid out over three floors, and comprises three gorgeous ground floor bedrooms (one of which is en-suite), a spacious top floor master suite with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a family bathroom. There’s a fantastic lounge on the second floor which is furnished with large plush sofas and a Smart TV with Sky, and this room is open plan with the kitchen/diner to create a wonderful space for relaxation and entertainment. Outside you’ll find a private enclosed courtyard with garden furniture so when the weather is bright you can snack al fresco, soak up the sunshine, or enjoy drinks and BBQ’s in the fresh sea air.
A minute’s walk from the Barrowfields and Tolcarne Beach, and within easy reach of Lusty Glaze, Great Western and Towan beaches, this home couldn’t be better positioned and is the perfect location for enjoying all that Newquay and the surrounding coastline has to offer.
