The house sleeps up to 8 people and is situated on a quiet residential road, with an enclosed lawned pretty garden and patio.
It is 5 minutes walk away to Lusty Glaze beach and 8 minutes walk away to Tolcarne beach, plus having very close access to the rest of Newquay / Porth beaches.
The house is within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars and shops and is ideally situated for exploring the many attractions of Cornwall. The centre of Newquay can be reached within a 10 minute walk.

This a beautiful home and I would recommend it for your stay in Newquay. The reason for the 4 stars was we could not get into the home when we arrived (8:30pm) and waited 1 hour to have someone come in to help us only to find the home had not been cleaned. The owner did put us up in a Travelodge but it was 30 minutes away and 2 stars at the best. There were many more hotels closer. Traveling with children so getting them settled in at 10:30pm with no supper( no restaurants were open in the little remote town) was not fun.When we got back everything was clean and ready and the rest of our stay was wonderful!

Great experience from start to finish. Good communication with both the host and the property manager. Easy access and departure. Accommodation is in a great location with easy access to local beaches and shops. The space is ideal for a small group. Well equipped, clean and very family friendly. Only negative is all beds are all singles and not able to be pushed together without a gap due to bed frames.Thank you for our stay!! We look forward to returning next year!
