Great central location to Newquay town and we could walk with wetsuits and boards to surf every morning.

Short stay

Beautiful location .clean well maintained apartment well stocked to make your stay comfortable.

Bedding was not clean. There were marks on all the duvet covers and pillows. Mattress protectors need good washing.

Lovely apartment, decent sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, clean on arrival. Excellent location and overall good value for money.

2 of the 3 bedrooms had no hanging space which was a bit disappointing as staying 5 days and just had to leave all clothes in suitcases. Just a frame like in the double room would have been good. Also, no seal on main bathroom shower so water goes everywhere - would be a simple fix. Main lounge is a bit of a squeeze for 8 people but your obviously out most of time.

Lovely central apartment but hard to find parking

The location of the property was brilliant, even though it was quite a lively area the apartment was very quiet, the decor is very stylish. The host left us some local biscuits and cans of beer. Any questions I had the host answered straight away.

There is a smell of damp as you enter the building and the shower in the main bathroom leaks water all over the floor. There are small touch ups that could be done in this bathroom, nothing major. The cupboards in the kitchen also need to be fixed or replaced. Parking is an absolute nightmare, the host gave us good instructions on where to find parking but it was hard work, I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have a car. Not being able to check in until 4.30pm and then having g to check out by 10.30am felt a little unfair swell.

Disappointing and damp

The scones, cream and jam left for us.

The lock box needs marking with the flat number. I would like to say we found various items damaged when we got to the property, none of these were damaged by us. The ceiling was damaged near the TV, this has had dripping water for most of our stay. We have left a towel on the floor to ensure no danger of slipping on the floor. The sofa had a broken leg so only one of our party could sit on the opposite end of the sofa. The shower screen in the main bathroom is missing the protective strip at the bottom so water ended up on the floor causing a slip hazard. The single bed in the first bedroom has got damaged slats under the mattress causing a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Nasty stains on the duvets in the second and third bedrooms. Most of the kitchen cupboard doors did not close and one drawer took many attempts to shut. The flat smelt strongly of damp, I placed clothing in the chest of drawers in bedroom one which soon had a terrible smell. Something needs to be added to adjust the blinds in the bay window, we had to stand on a chair to adjust them, this is dangerous. This was not the level of accommodation we would have expected. The location was good but otherwise there has been little to be pleased about. Despite emailing the host first with a phone number that was requested and secondly to complain I have not had any response.

The facilities were excellent, the property really well furnished with everything we could possibly need. A lovely touch to provide a cream tea for our arrival. We would really consider returning.

Unfortunately, during our stay there was an infestation of flies in the main bathroom and some bedrooms. This put us off using the main bathroom. Perhaps a fly trap would be a useful addition.

Amazing apartment on the beach front

Perfect location - right in the middle of Newquay on the beach front with beautiful views - cream tea left for our arrival which was a nice surprise.

Noisy at night being on the ground floor but the apartment is situated in the centre and when I messaged the host about the noise from upstairs she did act on it straight away.

Amazing holiday home

Great stunning well equipped apartment, overlooking towan beach, perfect location. Hardly used the car as an abundance of supermarkets, shops, bars, beaches and restaurants close by. Nice touch of cream tea left for us when we arrived. Would definitely return 🤙

Great location and comfortable modern apartment.

You couldn’t get a better location for Newquay town centre, a stones throw from the beach and close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Comfy beds and rooms. Tap was broken when we arrived and Izzy arranged for a maintenance person to come and fix straight away. Welcoming hosts with scones awaiting our arrival, very clean and nice modern decor.

Tricky to park nearby and we stayed out of peak season.
