Absolutely wonderful with excellent hosts!

We can’t recommend Bude 13 enough. Elaine and Peter have thought about absolutely everything from board games for children, extra blankets, the comfiest beds, cleaning equipment, emergency numbers, all the essentials… the property was clean and tidy with beautifully chosen decor and the welcome pack was such a thoughtful and welcome touch after a six hour drive. We quite literally couldn’t have asked for more. There is also a great park on site which is handy. The location is excellent with Perranporth beach and Newquay both under 15mins away.

Beautiful mobile home with nice homely touches Restaurant good food for a pub and nice coffee, they do take away Costa, better then a cost shop

It was hard to locate when you arrrive on site after dark as directions unclear due to multiple signs for the reception/ If you are a minute past 10 on check out you will have the owner standing over you looking not too happy and watching over until you leave making you feel rather uncomfortable Hot tub in pool area not working and pool only open 10am to 4pm which is not good if weather is bad, or you want to do a day trip and you have to book time slot at reception

Absolutely immaculate, soft comfortable bed, all the facilities you need and some more little touches (boardgames, dvds) and the hosts were brilliant with communication.

Lovely caravan very clean and tidy and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

There was no gas when we arrived but it wasn’t the owners fault and we were informed of this before our stay and given the option to cancel. They also looked after us by giving us a free meal in the bar onsite that evening and they refunded some of our money for the inconvenience. The gas arrived the next day and they came over straight away to connect everything up and make sure it was ok. They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and we still had a fantastic 2 night stay.

The accomodation was perfect with lovely personal touches. The site in which it was in was clean and offered lots for our 2 year old. The pool was a big hit!

It was exceptionally clean. Very cosy and beautiful touches to the caravan that made it feel so homely. The welcome scones were such a treat.

A fabulous stay in Cornwall

We had a great time and the location where we stayed was very near to some wonderful beaches. The facilities were exactly what we needed, the caravan was clean and the small touches such as milk,the scones and board games were greatly appreciated. It felt like a home away from home.

No WiFi but not a major problem for us.
