Comfy spacious house with everything you could need.need

Great property with good sized rooms. We really liked eating in the light bright conservatory to rear, doors opening onto balcony & sun chairs, overlooking back garden and distant countryside. House clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Easy getting into Perranporth.

The house is hidden down a track off the main road so not easy to find first time. However, Tamsyn guided us in over the phone. Thereafter we were fine!

We had a relaxing and peaceful stay, and were looking at dates to return before we even left.

Spacious and well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable seating areas. Lovely seating areas outside too - both on the balcony, and in the garden. The property is also ideal for those with mobility issues as the accommodation is all on one level accept for the double room suite on the upper floor. It also had a step in shower for easy access, and the rear garden is accessible without steps via a side gate.

Lovely house, very spacious with flexible sleeping layout and off road parking. Clean and well prepared with all the facilities you need for an overnight stay or a week’s family holiday. Great location close to lovely Perranporth. Very friendly host with great comms.

Great house in a great location

Excellent location, just a short walk to the town and the beach. Secure parking was a bonus. The house is very spacious and the living space is perfect for a group. We enjoyed the conservatory and balcony during the day and at mealtimes then chose to light the fire and cosy up in the lounge in the evening. Good sized, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and having two bathroom was great for four adults. Lovely outlook and peaceful setting. The host Tamsyn was very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely house set a short distance from Perranporth. Loads of space, especially as I was travelling just with my dog. Quiet location. All very clean and comfy. Would be ideal for a larger group or family, in which case it offers very good value for money.

Very nice place, very easy walk to the beach and back!

In the description for the house, it says four single beds would be good if you could state that it’s two bunk beds and two single, also I had to re wash some of the glasses as was a little dirty same with some of the plates! Apart from that lovely place to stay!
