Location, price, pre-arrival communication with the host, view, facilities / equipment, parking, was all fantastic! Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, small dining room, reasonable lounge, large kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine, and a large summer room / conservatory with more sofas and dinning table. Small, but pretty garden. Perfectly located between Perran Sands and Perranporth.
Some might say that some of the furniture is 'dated', but that added character. The upstairs shower over the bath is 'cozy', but the size of the downstairs bathroom makes up for it. Not a negative; just advice, if you do not know the area, do some research, especially if you do not plan on using your car during the day.
