Superb

Lovely well appointed first floor apartment. Large kitchen with classy appliances and fittings. Two double bedrooms both with large comfy beds. We didn't try the single room. The bedrooms were on the opposite side to the road so were nice and quiet.

The property is approached from a busy road, read and follow the joining instructions exactly, they work. There is a tricky half step into the kitchen, was fine for us but my elderly mum would have struggled with it.

Nice comfortable apartment but felt unprepared.

The sofa was comfortable. Two bathrooms. whirlpool bath. Parking. Felt safe. Cookies and milk very nice. Vacuumed well. Comfortable apartment just minor silly things to sort.

Busy,noisy road. The windows not closing properly. Needed to clean cutlery on arrival. Needs a larger TV with a better signal. Lack of toiletries, cleaning products. Cigarettes left in ash tray on outside furniture. Some towels are grubby. No oven glove, t-towel. Light in main bedroom not working. Password for WI incorrect in welcome manual. Easy to fix.

it was amazing, the place was so much bigger than expected, so comfy and beautiful honestly wish we could've stayed longer. The bathroom areas were clean and modern, the bedrooms had loads of storage and were extremely clean

Brilliant value for money .

Ease of instructions to get there, lovely bathrooms, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Couldn’t fault anything apart from the stairway is dangerous in the dark if you get up in the night as no landing , stairs in between rooms.

Great place, modern fittings and equipped well for short or long stay

Breakfast provision could have been better. Two tea bags for five of us for four days. A bit of real coffee for the French press would have been good to start us off. No big problem though as I did come prepared!

I did ask for two single beds in one bedroom and this wasn't done, but we managed fine.

Excellent stay

Well what is there to say except we were very happy, property was clean and tidy. Situated well to get about and explore we had use of a garden that we used in the evenings if we had a busy day out. Owner was great communication was good and help was second to none. Little touches of toiletries and biscuits was lovely too

We had a good time.

Kitchen was nice and clean. I liked it. There were enough crockery and utensils. Which was great. The beds were comfortable. The garden was maintained.

There were spider--webs around all windows inside and outside. My children did"t like. I had to clean in from inside. I wish Both bathrooms have handheld showers.

Absolutely loved our stay at Glengarth

The property was clean and spacious, with great facilities including two bathrooms and 3 good sized bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table perfect for a family. The living room is cosy and comfy with a TV and games for all the family. The hosts provided Cornish biscuits and milk for our arrival which was a lovely touch. We all wish we could have stayed longer.

The driveway access is on a very busy road and is very hard to get out of. The stairs could be a bit dangerous with small children or elderly people.

Comfortable and clean apartment conveniently located for exploring the South Cornwall area with a nice whirlpool bath and a well equipped kitchen.

It is located by a busy road which is noisy and it is not possible to walk anywhere from the house.

Good location, close to Penryn and Falmouth. Be advised though that there are no pavements and very busy roads so you need a car to get out of the house. Pulling out of the driveway onto the road in the morning can be tricky due to poor visibility and speed of traffic. Overall the house is well laid out and has everything you need.

Have had good time overall.

Very good and clean garden, bathrooms and kitchen were excellent.

Property is located by A393 which is very busy and noisy. Small bedroom’s window did not close properly. So traffic noise penetrated through the gap and I had trouble sleeping in the night. Beds are too bouncy. Sofas in living rooms are too old and uncomfortable to sit. TVs are very small.
