Spacious accommodation with the bonus of all rooms being en-suite.
Use of the hot tub in the evening with the courtyard lighting was nice.
Location ideal for easy sightseeing in Cornwall.
Home was decorated with a tree for our Christmas stay.
Plenty of cutlery and crockery and plenty of dishwasher tablets were in the property.
Could have done with a mirror in the room I used to be able to dry hair.
Could not find a bottle opener but not an issue as had one in car.
Having read reviews about the television set up we went prepared with a WiFi tv to use in the lounge/dining area so not a negative for us.

The accommodation provided an exceptional experience. The residence offered ample space and was comprehensively equipped. Each bedroom featured an ensuite bathroom, which was convenient for all guests. The bedrooms were well-distributed on the upper level, with the exception of the primary bedroom located on the ground floor.
The hot tub was a notable feature, and the courtyard provided ample space for recreational activities.
The groundskeeper, John, provided invaluable assistance throughout the week, and his support was greatly appreciated.
We would highly recommend this property and would consider a return visit..
The current television setup, situated in a confined space, restricts the viewing capacity. The kitchen, conversely, presents a significantly larger area that could potentially accommodate a television viewing arrangement.

Hot tub. Ensuites. Kitchen well stocked with utensils/pans etc.
WiFi password was not provided but luckily I guessed it in a few tries.
