Nice location

The appartment was really clean and comfortable. We had a really beautiful view. The host was so helpful with everything we needed. A nice place to stay and great location, about 3 minutes from the Gondola.

The hot water wasn't enough to take a bath and it was turning to cold eventually.

Great vacation.

It is a not very big apartment, but enough for a week's vacation. Equipped with everything you need and being a short distance from the gondola. Also, being close to the center, there are many grocery stores, restaurants, bars and everything you need. For relaxation there is TV with many programs, Netflix and very good wi-fi. Nice view! The host is always ready to help you if you have any questions.

Exceptional

Everything was great. Ruslan is exceptional host always available and helpful. The apartment is cozy and well equipped, although we used the kitchen only for coffee. The location is good, but it's very dark everywhere (no street light). Parking was easy, just in front of the building. Pool is ok, but small and crowded, poorly maintained.

Thin walls, you can hear everything. There was very unpleasant noise from ventilation at the pool.

Very nice apartment in a perfect place

The host was very helpful. The apartment has everything you need and very nicely decorated. It is very warm. The hotel has a perfect location - around 10 minutes walk to the cable lift and the old town. Overall, it was a great stay.

Very good

The apartment is exceptionally clean, warm and cozy. It has all the equipment one family with a baby needs. The kitchen has a toaster, microwave, stove, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, and water heater. You have got plates, bowls, pots, pans etc. There are plenty of pillows and quilts, towels and bathrobes too. The owner was super easy to communicate with. Anytime we needed something the request was quickly solved. So you will not have to worry about anything 🙂

We didn't like that the SPA was in another building, and it was pricy, so we didn't go.

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever been to, apart than being very tidy and modern the landlord is very understanding and helpful and the actual accommodation is situated at 5 mins walk from the gondola and maximum 2 mins walk from every rent center comes as well with a private parking, in my point of view is a 10 out of 10, I highly recommended this apartment. I didn't expect the kitchen to be so equipped, I love that ps: The owner gave us very good directions on arrival a good communicator with the client, respect! a man of note 10

Cozy place

A very cozy apartment. I love the little decoration touches that give the place a homey feel as if you're staying at a friend's house. The balcony is nice to relax on, I personally liked the view of Rila mountain in the distance. Good furniture and appliances. The host Ruslan was super quick to reply every time. When we arrived the wifi wasn't working and when I told him, he immediately provided a backup which worked perfectly. The sofa in the living room is super comfortable. Big smart TV with loads of channels. Perfect place to bum out in the evenings. The parking was very convenient and always lots of space to park and there's supermarkets and restaurants just 5-10 min walk from the complex.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the soap dispenser at the bathroom sink wasn't working very well. Hard to press and dispenses tiny quantities. Would recommend you change that. Everything else was great!

Exceptional

The apartment is very clean. All necessary equipment available, including coffee machine. The place is nicely furnished and well maintained. The host is very helpful and provided us with all necessary directions.

There was just a minor issue with the shower handle in the bathroom. It could not stay fixed and we had to hold it to take a shower.

Home away from home

The apartment is very cozy, clean and warm. It is well equipped with everything a family may need during a vacation and feels like home away from home. The location is probably one of the best in Bansko for skiers. Communicating with Ruslan was quick, smooth and friendly. We highly recommend the place.

Disappointing

Big screen tv in both rooms.

The room was not been thorough clean. There was a lot of hair and dust under furniture and in the bathroom. There was no cleaning service at any day (we have to take out the trash by ourself) this is like i rented a bnb room. On booking was presented as a hotel room... I had to wash everithing (good thing we had washing machine). The shower cabin is the smallest i ever seen... it was almost impossibile to use. Anyway, the hotel seems deserted and out of order.

Good

Good location near the Gondola. Nice furnished, but it is far from VIP. Kind attitude from Ruslan and Elena, but the important is to be effective and preventive.

Difficulties in resolving any issues if they arise. We had no TV signal because of technical problems in the TV network in the building. Problem was solved on the third day with intensive communication which is not the main idea of the holidays. It was cold in the apartment and heating devices was not enough to heat the rooms. Fire alarm sensors are very sensitive and above the kitchen and are turning on the signal although the building was almost empty.

Apartamento muy luminoso, cocina completamente equipada, muy limpio y cómodo. Se encuentra en el complejo turístico Belvedere con piscina exterior, piscina interior, spa, restaurante…El propietario super atento y servicial, nos ha ayudado a que nuestra estancia en Bansko haya sido estupenda. Muy recomendable
