1. walking time to the beach: 12 minutes, but you can take a drive so fast.
it was not a problem for my family with kids because we like walking

I loved the area, and how close it was to the beach.
It wasn’t cleaned very well, there was ants in the kitchen and living room. Doesn’t look like it was swept, food was under kitchen cabinets and sofa.
