This recently renovated condo in Lincoln City offers ocean views, dog-friendly accommodations, and nearby beach access for up to 14 guests to enjoy!
Part of the Sandstone Point complex on the south side of Lincoln City, you'll be privy to gorgeous ocean views plus all the conveniences of town close by. There are several nearby beach access locations in this Nelscott neighborhood, with the closest one being just down a flight of stairs and a few blocks away, all of which lead to a beautiful stretch of sand that is fantastic for surfing and beachcombing.
The condo is bright and homey, recently updated with polished wood floors and modern furniture. This particular listing is for the private upper floor of this three-story building, but other sections of the building are available for a larger group (please contact us for more details!).
In the great room, you'll find comfy furniture by large picture windows, a flatscreen TV (cable and WiFi included), and a gas fireplace for stormy nights.
A kitchen joins this room, offering full, stainless steel amenities and extras like a waffle iron, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a dishwasher, so you can make any meal you desire. Eight will fit around the dining table to enjoy a meal together.
With five bedrooms and three full baths, this home is ideal for up to 14 guests - among the rooms there are three king beds, one queen bed, three set of twin bunk beds (six twins total), and one futon. It is a pleasant place to stay with a great view. It was just perfect for what we needed. I read the reviews on cleanliness and I think people were expecting brand new everything inside but it’s a typical beach home with older furniture and appliances but really all you need. I do wish there were more towels though but we managed since they left laundry detergent for us to use. If a sectional couch would have been present we would have used it :) also more chairs that are taller to go on the deck. We would stay again for sure.

Beautiful views from this property. It is probably a little generous to call it newly remodeled, but it met our needs. The beds sleep 14, not 18. If you have more than 9 people, request additional towels and wash cloths prior to arrival, because after check in is too late to get more that day.

Unfortunately, this condo is not newly remodeled. It showed a lot of wear and tear. The description states it sleeps 18, but it actually sleeps 14. There is not enough seating at the kitchen table or in the living room. The living room furniture and beds were all very uncomfortable to sit or lay on. The property lacked in basic kitchen supplies as well. No strainer, no spatula, no baking pan. Many shelves in refrigerator were broken and not replaced so the amount of space in the fridge to put food was insufficient. The view was great.
