We are a group of 6. 1 grandmother, 2 moms, 1 aunt and 2 cousins age 6 1/2. Sleeping arrangements were fine and as described. It looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed before our visit, as there were sunflower seeds and chip crumbs clearly visible. We used the bbq twice and enjoyed having the option available. Access to the beach was tricky and about 6 blocks away total. One route required a long, steep stairway but we found another option that allowed us to bring our things in a wagon. The kitchen was small but mostly adequate except for there not being lids to the pots and no mixing bowls and no utility scissors to open packaging. All in all the facility was as described. Couldn’t park in the garage due to the game tables in the way. The neighborhood was quiet.

Great location, nice quiet street just a few block from the beach. However, we were super turned off to find dirty dishes in the cabinets and drawers. And I mean DIRTY, like still had wet food all over them. Looks like they were unloaded from a dirty dishwasher as if they were clean. It was so gross. We emailed and they apologized, but unacceptable condition as a vacation rental in my opinion. Other than that it was nice.

House worked well for a guys weekend with one master bedroom upstairs along with the kitchen and living space. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 bunk beds. Large garage with ping pong and foosball downstairs also. Good house overall but you can tell it's not used all the time based on cobwebs and spiders periodically around the house.

Loved the house and location was great for not being right on the beach. They need new cleaners. If this were my house, and it’s a lovely house, I would be so angry that the cleaners aren’t taking care of it. There were several dog pee marks at the bottom of the stairs that hadn’t been cleaned. The carpets had not been vacuumed. There were dead bugs and other peoples hair everywhere. Cobwebs, spiders in the corners. There were only pillow covers on Some of the pillows and those without were stained! Stains on the sheets too so we slept on the top cover. I am pretty tolerant so the only issue I brought up was the dog stains and someone came out to put carpets on top of the stains. I’d go to this house again if they changed the cleaners!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was bigger than the two of us needed. We could have easily brought friends or family with us. The front steps for me was great exercise but for someone with bad hips it could be a problem. I was able to bring my fur babies which was a plus, but the neighbor behind us had a very huge dog that my dog was scared of. We walked to the beach every morning. We loved our visit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house served its purpose for our trip but there were a few things that could have been improved.

There were missing sheets on 2 of the bunk beds, not a huge deal but a hassle when trying to get into bed the first night.

Place could use a good dusting, the main air vent for the house was covered in dust and the air filter in side of this vent looks like it hasn't been changed in a long time.

Everything seemed outdated, electronics provided (like bluray player) were outdated and you can't access common streaming apps

Our biggest complaint was the lock leading to the garage door. After a day I realized that you can't actually secure the roll up door and the door to the house has a sunken lock that takes alot of wiggling and strength to secure it. This located next to the bunk bed room so if anyone would have got in then they would be closest to my kids.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the lock box for which we had a code, did not have a key. We had to call and use the emergency key box. When we walked on the wood floors, our socks were black on the bottom. THe couch was not good enough for a second hand store and was covered with dog hair. The carpets were stained and dirty- I don't think they can even be cleaned. The kitchen is well stocked.

They just need updated pictures of the unit because the pictures are older the dining room floor is all scratched up which didn’t affect our stay, but it obviously showed that the pictures were old.

House layout was good for our family. Kitchen had what we needed for meals.

The carpet downstairs was really dirty though with a lot of dark stains at the bottom of the stairs. The couches also had stains and needs to be cleaned. One seat on the couch you sank almost to the floor when sitting.

The location was great, could hear the ocean with the windows open at night. Really close to shops, restaurants and public beach access.

With just a little more TLC this house would be exceptional, but it needs better cleaning and the couches need to be replaced.

The bottom of the up stairs bedroom was dirty!! There were 2 boxes of food down there and other stuff that was down there, so it was obvious that the room was not cleaned well. The tv didn’t work I had to mess with cables until I got it to work. Even then Netflix wouldn’t work. The grill was super dirty! That thing has not been cleaned in ages. There was already rust on the grill. The fridge was leaking. One of the rails on the balcony was loose. Glad I didn’t let my toddler go out there or else she could have fallen because the rail was not nailed in. The walls of the house were dirty. When we got there, there was a plate of food and a cute on the side yard. That house just needs a deep clean!!! I called oregon beach vacation rentals and they stayed they would submit a service request and someone would call me. Was there Friday-Monday still heard from no one. Super upset on whoever is taking care of this home for cleaning. The house in general was nice had everything out family needed. The beach is super close it was nice walking there. Was just really dirty especially for the price we rented the house for. To expensive for what we got.

We also like it’s location on the west side of Hwy 101 and the north end of Lincoln City. We spend most of our time on the beaches in the area and enjoy eating at special restaurants in New Port, Depot Bay, Lincoln City, Neskowin, Cape Kiwanda and ice cream in Tillamook. We plan to return next year.

Great home, especially for the value!

Very cute and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here. The living room was comfortable with enough seating for all of us. Layout was nice, and it was so fun having games in the garage. If the owners could add a dresser in all the bedrooms (seems like there was room in the closets) as well as a few more hangers, that'd be a worthwhile addition. Overall we'd definitely stay here again!

Split level entry for separation of kids/parents at night, with an extra room in the basement for Grandma! Clean and fairly well maintained, considering it's a rental. Plenty of kitchen accessories for any recipe. Had an Xbox in the kids' room with some games - just didn't have time to use it. Wi-fi was great - handled all our devices. We didn't use the cable tv - we brought our own FireStick, but again, not much TV watching since we were at the beach so much. Nice large family table (with extra board in closet if needed) for us to all eat together/play games. The only recommendation - the ladders to one of the bunk beds was hard on the feet because it seemed like the boards were turned wrong when built? Also, one of the lower bunks had a thicker mattress which made the sleeping space really small, definitely couldn't sit on the bed. Short walk to the beach and nice quiet neighborhood, unless you are staying for the 4th of July - then be prepared for lots of fireworks, all around! Balcony was fun to catch a little sun during the day. Short 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Ping Pong and Foosball tables in the garage were a hit with the entire family. Of the few rentals we have stayed in the Lincoln City area, this one was definitely a plus.

House was fully stocked with what we needed. Only “complaint” if that was the stove took a little longer than expected to boil a pot and the garage spot closest to the door is very short. Like so short a camry or accord can’t park straight on. We ended up moving the fooseball table to park in crooked. Other than that the price was awesome and we’ll definitely consider the house again for future rental!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house/location but a few issues. To start our trip once we arrived and our lockbox code did not work. This was very untimely because after a multi-our trip with an animal in the vehicle/children people need to use the restroom. I had to call property management and they informed me for some reason the security lock box code got switched for security reasons which makes no sense to me if I have the reservation. The garbage disposal stunk up the entire kitchen area, master bedroom/downstairs hallway/garage lights don’t work. Downstairs bedroom closet does not have handles on it so you can close it and the Xbox didn’t even work for my kids to use over 5 days. To be honest the hardwood floors are pretty gross upstairs, never seen floors like this with gaps between the boards where a bunch of dirt collects. Dusting should be a key note since the baseboards and moldings/pictures have dust/dirt on them.
