Beautiful custom-built home in northern Lincoln City is as wonderful inside as out. Ocean views abound from the great room with its fireplace, dining area, and bright galley kitchen. The upper-floor master bedroom has its own gas fireplace, large jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. Outdoors, a deck wraps the second floor of the house, giving you plenty of room to enjoy dining and relaxing; another deck takes you near the stream that runs through the property. Beach access is just 100 yards away, and will take you to miles of gorgeous, walkable coastline. You're within an easy walk to shopping and dining options and a visit to the beautiful Connie Hansen Garden, full of flowering native and ornamental plants. A quick hop in the car will take you to the Chinook Winds Casino and all the fun activities Lincoln City has to offer.

First of all the house was in a great location 5 minutes to the beach access. That was about the only good thing of the house. Here’s a list of everything that was wrong1) in the master bedroom I found a couple razor blades on the floor (super dangerous) specially if you have kids I have pictures of the blades 2) two TVs in the house did not work. There was three remotes for each TV. None of them matched any of the brands so you didn’t know which remote went to what3) the towels in the master bedroom or stained with a red/orange color (gross) 4) the beds were completely uncomfortable the master bed was just springs 5) the house had light dimmers every time you had the lights dimmed they would flicker or turn off6) every lamp in the house flickered. turned off, turned on, 7) the house was constantly cold matter what you did 8) there was no privacy at all in the backyard or on the balconies or decks so the neighbors are literally staring at you when you’re sitting back there. I have never been one to ask for a refund or anything after staying in a rental property. But this was by far the worst house I’ve ever rented, I feel I should get some sort of refund. Because the state of the house, being falsely advertised, razor blades on the floor, the dirty towels and management never reached out on how the house was when arriving don’t ever rent this property

We booked this house as a last minute trip over spring break. We had 2 adults, a 6yo, 3yo and 3mo old with plenty of room. We had great weather so we were able to enjoy the amazing deck. The only downside is the carpets were in major need of a cleaning, and the furniture was not as pictured. There is great beach access about a block away and it takes about two minutes to get there walking.We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the Jacuzzi tub!

The home was not clean, it had a foul smell when the heat would come on, mold in the windows, I was cooking for 8 so planned bbq meals to keep cleaning to a minimum but there wasnt even enough to cook one meal. Let the maintenance team know and they didn't show up.

It is a nice size home with close walking to beach. The rooms were a nice size a 3 bathrooms were clean. The lighting was a bit weird where the switches were located. And some of the pots and pans there were some but was expecting more. And expecting more beach chairs. But overall nice.

Great location. It is definitely not a place for people who are handicapped and use a walker. Just a thought to have more pots and pans. Good place to stay with kids. The access to the beach was great also.

The home was just as listed. And the location was amazing. Smelling the ocean in the morning and the quietness of the neighborhood made for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Furniture downstairs was a bit uncomfortable but i am a bigger person bobody else seemed to have an issue and for me it didnt effect my stay. Overall i loved it.

The listing stated hot tub, but thete isn't one. There is a jacuzzi tb in the bathroom, which is NOT a hot tub. The kitchen hascwarm water only. It wouldn't get hot. There are 2 lockboxes at the front door, in 2 different locations. The directions didn't say which to use. I only saw 1, and couldn't get it open. House is very dated, but spacious. The kids are having a great time playing games.

Property was clean and area was quiet. Kitchen had all the comforts of home. Very short walk to the beach access (1.5 blocks). Found a great gym, Point Break, at Lincoln City Outlet Mall where we could work out everyday for a VERY reasonable week drop-in rate.

The property was as advertised. Close to the beach. A very large house with a bright kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the family games and books! My only critique would be that the knives provided were very, very dull. For the money paid, I think knew knives or even sharpen the ones provided would be great. Also, the carpeting needs to be cleaned pretty badly.

Good location. The only thing was our patio door didn’t lock and the screen came off but they came out to solve the issue. Still I wish it was something that was checked before hand. I would recommend bringing your own appliances

Fantastic location., layout was good, plenty of room. Does need some minor maintenance which I communicated to the company. Garbage bin,, however, was overflowing. Doesn’t look like it’s been picked up in a awhile. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

What a fun little beach house! It has a great layout and is clean and cozy. All the kitchen stuff you need is on site and the grill and jacuzzi tub were big perks! We loved that the price was reasonable and it was less than two minutes from a great beach. Will be recommending to friends and will be returning. Definitely felt like a home away from home!

The deck off the master bedroom was perfect for relaxing, reading and sunning. With binoculars you might see some whales. Short walk to the beach access. Also nice neighborhood walking loop for pets. A sweet garden at the top (Connie Hansen Garden Conservancy ) that you can tour/ walk through near the top of the road - entrance is on NW 33rd. Stores are conveniently close. Chinook Casino is walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

It was an all around great property! This house was perfect for our family. A block away from the beautiful Lincoln City beach and close to anything else we needed. The property management was gracious and easy to work with. Would stay again in the future!

Our stay was amazing. House nice & clean, however the metal blinds in windows need attention. Only disappointed from what was advertised vs available. Fireplace upstairs didn’t work. Other then that, it was a great family vacation. Would stay there again.

Had a wonderful time with our family. The house is spacious with plenty of bathrooms and in a good location one block from beach access. Only concerns were: 1) no blow dryer, 2) no corkscrew for wine (these two seem like basics that any well-appointed house would have) and 3) I have never seen filthier miniblinds and they are on every window!

Huge house, beautiful decks, comfortable beds, but updates needed. The refrigerator needs to be replaced because the freezer door will not stay closed and a chair must be propped against it. And unless you set the dishwasher to the 1 hour wash setting, it will run continuously. Sink in downstairs bath leaks on toilet paper dispenser. And do not leave anything outside overnight because my husbands nice beach sandals disappeared from the porch.
