Location is about the only thing we liked!!

The beds are hard as can be all of them!!! There are so many rules and things you have to do upon checking out and check out is at 10 which is kinda difficult with so many people and things that are required to make sure are done before leaving. Also the bbq was not clean and they want you to clean it but no stuff to clean the grill and the spatula was in the grill still dirty!! The house smells bad like it use to be smoked in or something. Wasn’t very clean can see all the stains on the bed and there were brown stains on the towels. The stairs edging was missing and staples and nails exposed which resulted in my grandson getting cut several times. The amount of times I received a text about leaving a 5 star review was crazy obviously you know the house needs help and are not willing to do the work to it but still charge a ton to stay and a cleaning fee for what cleaning when we have to do majority of the work before check out. I have stayed at other homes and I have to say this was by far the worst I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Was very disappointed also shows fire pit which there was no fire pit. The stairs outside are not very good either and the door is all rusted!!! Even with the instructions for the tv could never get them to work, had to log into my own Netflix just to watch tv. Overall I would have cancelled my reservation but they do not give refunds so BEWARE before you book this property.
