There wasn’t a breakfast offered.

I rented 2 rooms and requested they be at least in the same building. They weren’t even close which made meeting up with family more difficult.

The price.

Noisy neighbors and the television remote didnt work.

I love the nice big tub for warm bath. I liked the balcony. It was nice to sit out and listen to the ocean.

Not a good ocean view. You can really only see it in a couple of spots between trees. Fireplace didn’t work.

I liked how close it was to the ocean. It had a very nice view.

When we arrived there on Friday, there was no one that we could talk to to give us direction where to go how to get into our apartment. We didn’t have the code. We didn’t know how to get the door unlocked. I had to ask a complete stranger to help me get the door open and figure that out I tried calling several numbers. People didn’t know how to help us. So it’s difficult not being able to talk to somebody or have a direct line to the staff it was very challenging and the whole time we were there we were not able to lock the door because we were afraid that we wouldn’t be able to get in so just not having staff on site was varying unsatisfying The bedroom was very plain. There was no decor on the walls. The sheets were white. The blankets were white. Everything was just white. It looked very sterile. It would help if there is a little bit of color in there or put up some pictures on the walls, something that pops.
